After listening to everyone's ideas and input from recent Meet and Greets it seems like the best option for the Meet and Greet is Anastasias.  The last three PIR groups have been wholly unsatisfied with the Meet and Greet at the Ramada Inn.  The room is smoky, dark, and dank.  The staff is rude and just no helpful.  They seem to just assume the Meet and Greet will be there.  When I called there to ask about details, they wouldn't even speak to me just told me how it would be and that the Meet and Greet was always held there and that N4Moms had set it up.  I wanted to say, "hello wrong answer".  So, in the next couple days I will be putting up information about two options either appetizers at one firm price, or order off the menu.  We can decide.  I think for some people who are simply watching their budget being able to come and order a drink or soft drink or dessert  (lol)  should be an option to consider.  So let's start a discussion and I'll post addn. information.

GOSH I AM A DINGBAT SOMETIMES - 6:00 - 8:00 PM.  THIS GIVES EVERYONE TIME TO GET BACK TO THEIR ROOMS AND TRY TO REST BEFORE THE BIG EVENT....UH HUH YEAH RIGHT!!!

Lynne, you're pretty amazing! Thank you for all the posts and the event planning. We're still working on travel plans as far as when we're leaving (we only have a three-hour drive) and who's going besides the four of us on the guaranteed list--my husband and I would love to meet & mingle with other families. What kind of committment do you need and what's the deadline?
Ithink I will set a date of about Oct 27th....that should give them enough time...this thing seems to be growing bigger...lol
It's so funny I told my family about this and they all seemed interested! This whole site has been so helpful! I'm thinking we shall be there!
3 rsvps for division 951....sounds fair and fun. Is Anastasias a hotel or resteraunt? Would you post actual address? Thank u for all YOU do:)
Thanks Lynn, Hope we can make it. BTW what is Anastasias's?
It is a restaurant...along the lines of a TGIF, Chilis etc....you can look it up on the internet ...the menu is there!!
Mitch and I (Alice) will be there, we will have an old navy buddy of Mitchs with us. his name is Jerry .
Hi my mom and I will b there!
Me, my husband, and my daughter will be there. Possibly my parents, but not sure.
we'll leave on time. tim and candy better be ready! just sayin. love you! :)
We will try to be there, we may get there at the very end though, just depends on how wiped out we will be from driving.
It may just be paytonshana and i maybe my mother too. I doubt the men will want to be there but we will see. Thanks
Good Afternoon Group:

We arrive Thursday night from Seattle and Los Angeles. Not sure what our plans are, but I will prepay what ever the amount may be needed to reserve for 3 adults.

Most likely we will be sightseeing and traveling more than the 50 miles that Eric will not be able to travel if he should be able to join us on Saturday. We fly out on Sunday.

I will commit to a definite "MAYBE".

Also if a donation is needed for a group item (maybe a sheet cake for everyone to enjoy dessert?), please let me know and where to send the money?

Thanks ..... Josie
