Sorry I don't know about the dog handling? Have you joined the MA group yet, some of the experienced moms maybe more knowledgable on this.
Mary, I do not see the MA group? I searched under groups and typed MA. Am I missing something. Thank you for the information you have listed here. Donna
Donna, let me look around and find it for you...I hope it's not my imagination!!
The group is called MAA moms - Master At Arms Moms -- hope this helps and welcome to the group.
Does anyone know about re-enlisting? My daughter signed up for 2 years active, said her contact became shortened to 18 months (she has shore duty) and then she will be active reserve for 4 years. She said she may not be able to re-enlist because they are downsizing....does anyone know anything about being turned down for re-enlistment?????? So far this is just hearsay...she doesn't know anything definitely. I thought it was weird that someone could be active for only 18 months.
Hi, I was wondering what the chances are of my husband being stationed overseas? He's in boot camp now, but he is going to be an MA. I was just curious if most do get stationed overseas, or if it is an equal split. We're hoping for San Diego, but anywhere in the US would be a blessing for us, so I could finish my nursing school.
