Welcome to Your Division!  I hope you will be able to attend the Meet and Greet.  Just to make it fun I hope you will take a little time and design a simple flag to represent your division at the Meet and Greet that will be used to designate your divisional table.  While we will all meet together as a PIR group it will help you find each other as a division as well!  Show your creativity!!   Each division will have some individual issues because each division will be unique.  I hope you find this helpful and fun!!

The answer to this question is complicated...if they are grad and go .... you have to take it to them at the airport and pass it to them there...along with their computer if you want...if they are in Great Lakes then I think they take take it back with them during liberty...if they are on hold...then you have to mail it to them when they get to their destination.
Received two letters today!! I hope that means he's getting my letters. His letters made today a great day!
How exciting...hope there is some waiting in our mailbox...
Hi everybody...less than 3 weeks to go...hope everyone has their travel arrangements made and have had recent contact with their recruits...heard from my daughter on Friday(2 questionaires and a letter) yeah...looking forward to meeting everyone at the Meet and Greet. Paula
My daughter is also in 362. I can't wait to see her. where is the meet and greet?
Hi she34w5,...met and greet for group is at Anastasia's, italian restaurant in Waukeagan. There is a discussion on this very topic...just hit view all in lower right hand corner next in the discussion box where you found this discussion...it's on the 3rd page about 5 discussion topics down...once you enter it, go down to Amelia/Grumma(Ship7/Div356/PIR 11/5) posted on Sept 21...there is an underlined web site for Anastasia's. I haven't checked it myself, but I've read that people have been real pleased with the food. What's your daughter's rate? Where is she going after Grad.? And me too, miss mine ALOT!
Any calls today? We're really hoping to hear from him. Aren't they finishing Hell Week?
None yet here either Twin...was really hoping...she called her dad in MD last week. :{
I'm a happy Mom! We just hung up with him. He sounded great and he really enjoyed talking to his twin brother and his sister. He said he has a good bunk mate and that helps. We couldn't tell him enough how proud we are of him. We really try to keep his spirits built up even if he doesn't sound like he needs it. More tests for him next week. We told him that we would pray him through. Hopefully you will get a call pretty soon. Hang in there.
Hi Twin,
Happy mom here too. She called shorly after I posted...sounds good but tired. Passing all tests. Just finished small arms, Drilling ALOT, preparing for PIR. Seems a little concerned about her final PFT this Wednesday....says she does a little different test from everyone else. SpecOps includes a 500 yd timed swim and pull-ups. Her group of 9 SpecOps girls has shrunk to 7 due to medical issues...one of them was her friend. :(. Sooo, I think she's concerned about keeping up down the road in "A" school. I hope she can come tosome peace with that...
Happy Mom here too! 4letters and a call tonight! How great is that? She is doing great! It's amazing the difference a few weeks make! If you all haven't done a questionnaire, they are really good and from what my daughter said, she is enjoying doing them! I just did another one and am getting it in the mailntomorrow, this one is a bit humorous and hopefully will make her laugh a bit answering the questions.

She passed all her tests so far... Said she has another one this week and several different tests and such over the next two weeks. Tomorrow is picture day!!!

Hang in there Mom's! We will all get to meet each other in a little over 2 weeks! I'm booked at the Ramada from the 4th to the 6th. Can't wait to get there!!!
Waiting for a BattleStations date from 362, so if any speak to their recruits, please ask (start date, not finish date---it is an overnight drill) Then post on the 11/5 main board so that I can put it in the BattleStations schedule discussion. 362 will be going with 361 (brother divisions), but could have others with them. So post if you hear!
