There seems to be a lot of N4M's kids that are going to Pensacola. We are thinking about visiting him down there - - thanks for the well wishes. When is TJ due to arrive at GL???
After drinking a little bit too much Merlot the one night and crying way too much, I decided that eating is the better way to go :) I told Roger I am going to start boot camp with him - tomorrow I will do one sit-up and one push-up and my one mile walk (it's my own 40-year-old version of boot camp) .
Thank you and God bless you and your son - - I hope my son and TJ become friends.
Maureen
I'm shooting for 20lbs lighter lol. Sorry to hear about the delay. Jen was worried about the high winds in Chicago and flying. We will all be praying for them.

Hi All! = What a week, I've havent been on cause my body finally could'nt take it anymore, i went to the doctors last week and they told me I had, Broncatis, double ear infection and Nasal infection, Boy I have a pretty high tolerance for pain, my only sympton was a sore throat. I havent been online since last wednesday, and I LOL when I just signed on to see I had over 800 e-mails - mostly N4M. I know I have missed so much and I need a few days to read back and catch up. We just got home from MEPS - what an emotional day. My Son was in such good spirits that it really helped me alot. we stayed at the Hotel last night, and Im so glas that we did Steve's room mate was thier alone, and it was his 21st BD, he wasnt scheduled to leave today, but needed to do a medical recheck we took them out to dinner and it was great. Swearing in this afternoon was an amazing moment in out lives that I will never forget. We left Steve @ 2:30 and his flight is scheduled to leave at 5:30 - as of now it has not be cancelled, Im so worried as he has to fly directly into the path of this monster storm.
Patti-
check in tonight, I think everyone will be on to support those of you who are waiting for phone calls. I will be with Ian.
How nice that you were able to take them out to dinner, and it WOULD have been so sad to not have some kind of celebration of his 21st. Wonderful that were able to make MEPS...did you get lots of pictures?? I agree, good thing he's driving. Ian will be flying tomorrow, I am going to go check the weather.
Hope you feel better soon, the meds will help!!
Nancy
Patti - welcome back; oh gosh, so sorry to hear how badly you have been feeling. Missed seeing your posts! I hope you can get some rest and recover and be back to yourself soon! Rest, fluids and chicken soup! Will keep my fingers crossed that Steve's flight departs and arrives on time. That makes for a very long day. Adam is at GL safe and sound; heard just 20 minutes ago. Praying for his next few days; he went in pretty tired - sleep hasn't come easy for him the past few nights. Let us know when Steve arrives safely!
Patti, I am so sorry you've been sick. I hope you are better and I am glad you were able to enjoy the swearing in today. My son was also in good spirits which of course make me very glad. I hope the flight is not canceled and you can get that call tonight. I will be on and off tonight cause I have office work to catch up on but I will be looking forward to being here while more of our children get to Great Lake. Hugs. Kathy
Lori,

That's so nice that you they played that and applauded. What a great send off!

I'm so glad that you did well, I am so proud of all of us moms on here. We are so all awesome! If you posted pictures of Adam with a name tag on it, you might want to blur his last name. I got an e-mail about that today. They wouldn't approve them with his name on there.

Please let us know how you do when hear about the phone call.

Betsy
Betsy and Lori,
Should we be concerned about pictures on our FB pages? He is on everyone's, not just mine.
Nancy
YAY Lori :) Glad you made it! Susan
My brain isn't work - I can't remember how to trigger a friend request! HELP!!
Go to the page of the person you want to friend. (click on their name to get to their page). When you are there, find send a message and click on that. It was ask you if you would like to send a friend request and you click yes. OK, it might be EXACTLY like that, but I think that is close enough for you to get it to work. Let me know.
Nancy
So Ian has been texting me. He is sitting at the Navy office and waiting for a ride in the Van up to the hotel HE HAS BEEN THERE SINCE 9 AM!!! Isn't that just yucky!! However, he did meet Sara's Andrew, so N4Ms strikes again. He thinks I am so funny trying to get him to meet people.
