I have been asked to coordinate & help plan a Meet & Greet for families of 12/3/10 PIR sailors. Any and all input is greatly appreciated. I will be emailing my nephew who is a naval reserve officer for possible locations close to the base that we could meet at the evening before graduation. Hope to see all of you there:)

I will be there!
Linda,

Have you received any letters other than the form letter from your recruit ? My son is on the same ship/ division.
I have not yet... still waiting... :)
Looks like other ships/divisions are making calls today. I expect that we will have one this week too!
Oh that would be great!!
I would like to attend also. Please let me know if there is something I can do to help.
I'm hoping to get into town early enough Thursday 12/2 to attend a meet & greet. Is everybody just planning on attending the one at the Ramada, or are we doing a N4M's one?
Aggie, I'm going to contact the Ramada to find out when they need #s for the Meet & Greet there on 12/2. It would be nice if we had a good showing there from N4Ms. LaLa Ribbon Queen makes some beautiful ribbons for Navy graduates...I'll try to post a picture & info how to order them from her in a little bit.
I will be at the Ramada and would love the N4Ms to be there as well. I, of course, could head out to another location but we might just want to keep it to one location??
I just made reservations for the Ramada and would like to do the meet and greet there as well as meet my friends from N4Ms there. The ribbons are very nice and I plan to order some for my family to wear all weekend. Hope everyone is doing ok!
Which Ramada location?
The Ramada in Waukegan. It is on that brochure that came with the form letter. Rooms with the Navy grad rate is $80.
