I miss our profile pictures; I have to think too hard about who is posting what!
I know what you mean, Lori. I love your picture. Is that you? lol. Hugs. Kathy
Kathy - lol; this is a picture that A's GF bought right before he left. I love it so did a google search for it to use as my profile pic. If I have to be top secret, I'm going to have some F.U.N. Lori
Lori,

I love that picture. My daughter has a poster size of it in her apartment, since her bf is in the Navy.

It's funny because if A had stayed with his gf before she went to college, this could have them together. She was studying nursing. lol (He decided to part, because he wanted her to enjoy college and not wait around for him.) When he took out his wallet the other day, he only had pictures of our family and her in it. I'm sure he still misses her.

Betsy
I was just thinking the same thing Lori. I agree with Betsy, I need a cheat sheet! Susan
Joseph finally made it to Great lakes after flying since 2pm EST today. Thank God! His group consisted of 7 recruits and they made it although the flight was bumpy and uncomfortable. Thanks to everyone for their support and prayers.

Kim
Kim, I am so glad he got there safe. How are you doing? You are very welcome and if you need to talk we are here. Hugs. Kathy
Thank you so much Kathy, I missed his call when he actually got to the processing center, he called from his cell phone. I am sitting here listening to his 15 second voice message over and over again. I talked to him while he was enroute to the processing center, he hung up to get off the bus and I guess, I fell asleep with my cell phone and house phone next to my pillow and missed his last call to me. But I know he made it. Thanks a million, our journey is just beginning. Kim
I had told Jen if she called real late and I didn't answer to leave a message, since they couldn't have any kind of conversation anyway. In a way I think it's neat you have that message to listen too. I'm so proud of everyone and glad they all got there safe.
Donna
Having the phone message will be great. We had a message from H on our machine and when my husband was clearing messages he erased it, so the night before she left she called the house so she could leave us a message we could keep.
Wendi
Thank you Betsy, he was in charge of 6 other recruits and they made it safely and had fun on the way. We raised some awesome young people. I can't say kids any more, because they proved that their are young adults and have the commitment, drive, motivation and the pride to serve and defend our country. Many, many thanks for your support! Kim
I just read past posts about the pictures...I think this one is fine, but if not someone let me know. What about the pictures in my album? I have my setting to group. It is hard to keep everyone straight now, but better safe than sorry!
