Hi Maria, I am so happy for you. Doesn't it feel good to finally get that letter. I would love to welcome you to our group PIR 12-17-10. Now put your daughters ship and division into your username(like mine) and everyone will know. Also it is a good idea to put your first name or initials in your user name and not last names. For security reasons. Hugs and have a blessed day. K
Oh, Jeanne, I am late but so happy for you. I know Ashleigh is going to do well. She was an inspiration to all of us and it appears she still is. I sure would like to hear those words"the nicest RDC's". Bless her heart. Let us know what her division is when you get it. Hugs. Kathy
hi Kathy,
thanks so much. Ashleigh is in Div. 905
Ship 02
I still don't know what RDC is. do you all know what that is?
Jeanne
RDC is a recruit division commander, they are ones keeping an eye on our kiddos. Join the PIR 12/17/10 group Jeanne. That's great for Ashleigh, she is in a performance division. Susan
okay, I'm a little slow. How do I join the PIR 12/17/10 group?
thanks Betsy
Hello (: Just thought I'd add to this discussion. I"m new to this website so hello to everyone! My boyfriend left on the 26th of October and today I received his ship number (03) and DIV (024) from his petty officer! I'm very excited. Hope to get to know all the mom's/girlfriends/friends etc !
-Kori

also if anyone else has someone in this ship and division number do you know the PIR date? Is it dec 17th?
Hello Kori and welcome to the site. My son was scheduled to leave out for boot camp 10/26 but was delayed by the weather and airport closing. In any event, I am fairly new to the site myself, but have found a wealth of information and support from other mothers and wives. There is so much love on this web and with this group, it took me through the most difficult days since my son left. So no matter the PIR date or division your boyfriend is in, we are all here for the same common goal and that is to get through boot camp as sane as we can and have fun doing it while connecting with others who share our goal. We are indeed a Navy family........ You may want to join the group PIR1217 as well. Much love, Kim
