I have been asked to coordinate & help plan a Meet & Greet for families of 12/3/10 PIR sailors. Any and all input is greatly appreciated. I will be emailing my nephew who is a naval reserve officer for possible locations close to the base that we could meet at the evening before graduation. Hope to see all of you there:)

Would love your help:) I will not be home tonight until around 10:00. I am off tomorrow & would be available any time to chat w/anyone wanting to help w/nam tags, etc. What time works best for everyone?
I will be in the 1st, and happily will help whereever you need me!
I'm game! Give me a job and I'll do it! How will you know who will be there, since not everyone is on N4Ms?
I don't think there is a way to know everyone who will be there so was only focusing on the N4Ms members...
Ok, so we can bring extra nametags and sharpies I guess, for the other people. A couple of us need to man the nametag booth then. I should be there in time. Or would you like me to do something else boss? What other jobs might there be?
I was thinking more personalized name tags. I can bring 3" x 4" pin name badge holders. I wondering if there was a way to make name tags for everyone in the PIR 12/3/10 group planning on attanding the M&G?
I guess if you can send out a message to all the members of this Group and ask them to reply if they are attending so you will have a list. If you are the Admin on this group, you shaould be able to do that. We could divide and conquer to get the name tags printed. I am guessing you want some kind of design, like the navy seal or something, if we can use that. IDK. I would be happy to design something if you need. I have an advertising agency
Didn't I read somewhere that there's somebody at the door to the M&G passing out nametags? Or did I just imagine that? I plan on being at the M&G if we make it into town in time. We're driving up from OKC that day and I've been told it's a 12-14 hour drive.
The Ramada has someone who hands out name tags, but I was looking for a way to help us identify N4Ms at the M&G...
is this M&G just for ship 02,div903 or all PIR 12-03
This M&G is for all of the PIR 12/3/10 group:)
all PIR 12-03. See you there!
