My husband confirmed it with me, however I'm still waiting for official orders before I personally book my flights. S also stated his leave is until 1/4/2010.
Thank you so much. I am waiting to hear a little more as well, but your news is encouraging! Keep me posted ~ thank you, Priscilla.
Oh, by the way, do you know anything about a reception for families the night before grad? I
You're welcome, ma'am.

He called me 11/1/2010 as well as 11/6/2010. First letters were received 11/12/2010 dated back from 11/1/2010 to 11/7/2010. :)
Where are all of the division 032 moms and SOs? Lol. :P

S called yesterday and said that they earned four flags. Cool, right.
Hi Priscilla,
Yes, very cool...My son called yesterday as well. Sounds like they are doing great! My son, also "S", said he doesn't walk, talk, write or act like a civlian anymore! I am so proud of him... I think he has grown leaps and bounds, cant wait to see him!
Hope you are doing well...
Hello Priscilla my son is in Div 032...
Ahoy! 13 more days til our boys (&girls) come home. :)

Update!

Got three letters in the mail today from my husband! Sounds like they're really busy since S hasn't been writing so much. I'm assuming that battle stations is on 12/19 considering that in his letter dated 12/5 he said it's 14 days away. Div 032's brother division is 031, so we'll see what we come up with. lol.
Some quotes from his letters since I'm terrible at explaining things, ha.
24 Nov:
"Things here are flying by. It's already 3-2 day which means we're past the halfway mark. We have 27 days left!!!"
"Boot camp is a piece of cake because I'm doing it for you. I had to walk through 30+mph winds and sideways puring rain for 45 minutes yesterday and it sucked."
"I'm very excited to become a sailor! I'll be an E-2 on graudation day, E-3 after 6 months, and E-4 after A-school and petty officer indoctrination. :)"
30 Nov:
"Our division is starting to come together and really do a great job. Today we had Marlinspike and it was intense. I was chosen to be the midship PYC. We were on this cool ship that was inside a building. It was completely legit inside and out!"
"It took us 22 minutes and we were allowed 25 so we passed. My job was to wait for the call to come from the bridge and give the orders to the line handling captains. The whole thing really showed me how important teamwork is."
"Tomorrow is the PFA, so lots of running. We wake up at 0430 and we also have our personnel inspection and weapons turnover inspection."
"I can't wait to finish here and be able to call myself a United States Sailor. :)"
5 Dec:
"Today is 14 days away from Battlestations! I'm so ready to go home. :)"
"Tomorrow we take our photos as a division in our dress uniforms. The whole thing lasts like 3-4 hours. :( I'm going to be bored. haha."
"I got a medal and ribbon for being an "expert" at the pistol! Everyone calls me 'expert' now."

Anyone hear anything from their SR recently?
