I hope so, the not knowing is the most challenging part
My son is also scheduled to graduate on 1-7-2011 and no letter yet fingers crossed for a letter next week
Are you going to stay at the ramada as they are having a meet and greet.
Davidsmomwrranch
I heard the Ramada had a musty/old smell:(
We have a reservation at the springhill suites Marriott that looks rather nice. I was just wondering if I should change it to the ramada and if most will be staying there. Do you know anything about the parking pass thing and if every person on the list can get a pass using that code? Let me know.

I keep hearing about this Ramada and its old musty smell. I actually booked my three nights there so I will make sure I buy fabreeze and plenty of air fresheners. Maybe we should write an anonymous letter to the hotel manager to shampoo all the carpets. lol

Greetings Renie,

My son is scheduled to graduate on 1-7-11. I am waiting to get a letter from him before booking flights and hotel.
We have not received a letter since the 2 sentences added to the information letter sent.
I was just on weather.com and it is cold out there - it should be 33 to 17 degrees on thanksgiving in Waukegan - Brrrr. I wonder how cold Jan will be. Keep praying for all our recruits and hoping they all attend chapel tomorrow and get revived spiritually for all the work they have in the next week. May God Strengthen and Keep them in His perfect peace.
Hi Renie. My son is SHIP 12 DIV 034. His PIR is 1-7-11 also. I received a letter from him on Wednesday. He said it was okay and he was doing well. They only hard part was adjusting to sleep. The letter was encouraging. I with this website you will find other Moms in his division who will pass on information that will surely make you smile. Hang in there.
My son Jesse (in picture w/ his wife Margot) is also set to graduate 1/7/11, he is also on Ship 12/Div. 034. I did get a little update letter, but his wife has gotten several letters. I was one lucky mom on my birthday he happened to get a phone call and; his wife was at work so I got an "I love you, miss you, happy birthday mom" call. It was about the best birthday present I could have gotten.

Renie - My son lives in Ship 12, but he's another division. He says there are lots of California boys there. He says he's the only one from Indiana.
