Hi all glad to find this forum, my son is the boyfriend of bradsfanclub, so we are all hanging out here learning as much as we can.
Oh how wonderful, bradleysmom, I have been communicating with bradsfanclub. How are you? So glad you found us. You will find so much wonderful information on this site. Our boys are in the same ship and div. I have already sent him a letter asking him if he knows a Brad in his div. I hope you recieve word of him soon.
hi glad you found this... everyone is so nice on here and helps out alittle w/ being sad!! talk to you soon!
Bradleysmom, I have not booked the hotel yet but I am leaning towards the Ramada because it has a restaurant in the hotel and a shuttle bus to PIR. Its only about 4 miles away and it also hold the Meet & Greet for us the night before. They resently upgraded one wing of the hotel so when I book I am going to ask for that part. I am probably going to book it the end of the week
Hi there: Yesterday, I got my form letter finally but found out that Peanutsmom's daughter is my daughter's bunk mate. so that was really cool. My daughter said the food was really good and she's picky so that was good to hear too. She said the underwear were too big and she had to roll them down but she's a stick any way, maybe she'll put on a few pounds. It's just nice to get anything from them. I know they are busy with lots of stuff. The only reason I got to talk with her was because of the security clearance info she needed. Where we were born and things like that, she should already know. :- ) Nice to talk to people though.
That is so cool! I bet it was wonderful to talk to her. Unreal about Peanutsmom's daughter is her bunkmate! I just wondered if all our SR's would ever meet!
That is really cool that the girls are that close.. it's amazing feeling knowing we can communicate knowing our kids are going threw this together. keep posting all the info that you have... it's nice to hear little bits and pieces of their day to day activities. Hoping to get some info soon!
OMG I love that your girls are together. I am sure once we start recieving letters that our guys will know each other. The train eat sleep and do pretty much everything together as a div. Just hoping that todays the day I hear from him and hope the same for all of you. Lets keep up the sharing of news this way we are all up to par and by the time PIR and the M&G rolls around we will be good ole friends. Won't that amaze our kids......

Wishing tons of mail to drop in your laps today!!!
Ok, once again I am waiting for word from my son. There was no letter on Friday or Saturday. I hope we get something today. Please let us know if you do and share some great news from your recruit with us. I think if one of us from 051 hear something it will put the rest of us at ease.
Cat, I agree. If at least 1 of us gets a letter, the rest of us in the Div will feel better! Nothing from our son today, either. You don't think there's someone in their division that is causing problems for everyone else, do you? I know, I know. No news is good news! Positive thoughts to all of us in Div 051!
Hi Cat and Gang: Sorry to be jumping into another Div conversation, but I think I figured out that the letters are coming by Div. The small group of us in Div. 50 got our letters on Thurs. and Friday this week. Prior to us getting letters, I heard the 902's got letters days before us. Plus, one of the SRs in our Div. wrote home saying that they now have a "Mail Officer" appointed or something like that. I have a small feeling that the 902's will get everything first, then maybe 48, 49, and 50s, and then 51s, 52s, and so on. I have no idea why, but it may have something to do with the Pdays and the shipped in date. I dunno, but have comfort. The letters will come!
Pop on in whenever you feel like G. You are always welcome and sharing amongst each div does help. Thanks for the thoughts and i kinda get it now so hopefully if you are correct then we should be getting something any day now.

Did ya hear G, nascar.... positive thoughts! positve thoughts!
