im really hoping to get a letter today from my son david..
I was very excited when we received the form letter from our daughter.  Our daughter is in Ship 09 Div 067 and the PIR date is 02/11/11.  We have already made reservations at a hotel.  Now I can't wait to hear from her again and am wishing February would just get here already.
Hi Christina's Mom.....my daughter is alos in Ship 09/Div 067.  Lexsmom also has a daughter in the same ship/div.  We also heard from  2 or 3 others with sons in Ship 09/Div 067.  I can't wait for 2/11/11 either!  This Mom thing gets tough when they leave the nest!  Did you see the discussion about the Meet & Greet for our PIR date?  Also there is a mom (screen name Aprul) who is making ribbons with our Sailors names for PIR too.
your daughter is in the same division as my son...I am right there with you...HURRY the hell up february! lol

I just joined this site and looking for anyone else who's son or daughter is in SHIP 11  DIV 066.

ToniJo...did you post on the main Boot Camp Moms group OR better yet, the PIR 2/11/11 group?  If you go to the Groups tab, just look for Boot Camp Moms or PIR 2/11/11.  Also, if you add your recruits ship/div in your name, they can find you and you can find them easier.  (ToniJo Ship11/Div 066).  Welcome to N4M!  There is a lot of good info on the site and support!
Thanks for the info! Will change it pronto! My son's PIR is 2/11/11. So happy to know of this site, this is the first time I've posted but read it daily.

My son is SHIP 11 DIV 066 ! Still no letter yet - got the info from his recruiter today. Will you be going to PIR? My older son is in the Navy also. His PIR was in a warmer month. Not looking forward to Chicago in February!

Son is in Ship 09 Div 071. PIR 2-11-11!  Already sent many letters off!

Hope all the moms are doing well and hanging in there!  Merry Christmas to All!
