Hey everyone, we've decided as a group to wear a pink scarf to PIR to indicate our group and for our Sailors to find us :)

Wear a bright pink/hot pink is scarf, its a very common scarf color, but if for some reason your shopping area doesn't carry that shade pink but they carry light pink, pick that so you wont have to go out of your way for a scarf  :)

This is going to be a blast!

     GOING  SHOPPING.

I was at the Mall Sunday afternoon and saw all kinds of beautiful scarve. I didn't buy on yet though as I was on a mission to buy a couple of new support bras.  (Let's face it, gravity is not our friend ladies).  However, I did buy a pair of high heel boots.  I haven't worn high heel boots in years.  It will be easy to pick me out in the crowd.  I will be the one with the pink scarf falling all over the place!
I''m in too...pink scarf shopping is on my list!!!  30 days and counting!!
Sounds like a good idea!  I'm in!
MountainMama- You never seize to amaze me! I laughed out loud at your comment. Can't wait to meet you when I pick you up off the floor. 30 Days and 23 min.

Ok ldies that are new to PIR 2/18/2011 this is for you! We decided to wearpink scarf to PIR
There could be 1,000+ moms at graduation, but there are only 140 or so of us in this PIR 2/18/11 group on Navy for Moms, so the pink scarf idea will help us find each other.  I guess most families of recruits don't even know about the site...I just stumbled on it 2.5 weeks after our recruit left. So glad I did!
I happened to find it in a magazine in the recruiters office b4 my recruit left....been on here ever since...Love it. Gotta go get my scarf!!!!
