Hi Mom's
My son is scheduled for PIR on 2/4/11 an assigned to ship 11 div 061. I could not find any groups for moms who's sons are assigned to ship 11 div 61. Sooo I am hoping we could get together here and compare notes from our sons. I dont know much about this division, I have read from other moms that certain divisions mean certain things. Well I hope to hear from you guys :)

my sons GF is in college also. She is going to transfer to something (anything) up there. She said she will even go to community college. After being apart for these two months...she said shes willing to do anything. This was a lot harder than what she thought it was going to be.
Their young...but i have a feeling they will be together for a while... if not forever.:))
It will all work out the way it is meant to be. Good Luck
Good for you Jamie. Being a nurse is no easy job. Good to hear your in for the long haul.

This sucks so bad...i would love for our boys to be 'kicking back' in Ricky Heaven for the past few days...and for the NEXT few days.
BUT NOOOOOO..they have to stay in BC right up to the VERY last day. They wont even get to relax in there at all.
NOTHING has gone their way.....Im starting to lose it...i might take a break from the board for a day.
Im sorry...its not that im not happy for all the recruits who are done,,,its just that im sad for ours.
No calls, no letters, no "photos on FB",...nothing to be happy about like all the other moms. Bummer.
If you ladies want to get in touch with me...Send me a PM...i will check those:)))
