I will update this with more information as needed.

This is courtesty to the Ramada Inn to let them know how many of us to expect.  It is not solely a N4M's M&G but for all families   It is from 6- 8 pm and you dont have to be a guest of the hotel to attend

We would LOVE to be there. Three of us.  Glad to help in any way possible just let me know!!
Hey everybody.  I need to change my RSVP from 4 to 2.  My parents aren't going to be able to make the trip with us.  Sorry for the trouble.
Ash's mom..are you flying or driving to Great Lakes? We are from Birmingham and we are going to drive up Thursday and back on Monday.
We're flying.... we were too scared of the snow/ice to drive.  Hopefully it's going to warm up and it'll be pretty for us!  We're going Thursday and coming home Sunday.

Hello all!  Just thought I'd let you know that I called the Ramada today and introduced myself and asked some questions about the Meet and Greet.  Since I'm located in Chicago I thought I could be their local contact.

Basically...they take care of everything.  The only thing additional we may want is decorations and a cake.

Also, be thinking about this...at some point during the evening they will ask if anyone wants to come up to a microphone and say a few words about your recruit.  Thought this might be helpful to know in advance if you want a chance to actually prepare for that.

They actually come on and check for RSVP's so we don't even need to call them with that.

Sounds pretty simple.  If anyone is arriving early and wants to help with adding some decorations to the room, let me know.

Can't wait!!!
