I got 8 letters! OMG! I'm so happy! Hahaha It is SO good to hear from him! LOL He told me a lot of the people in this DIV argue a lot! LOL He says he just stays out of it and writes me instead! Oh this made my day SO wonderfullllll!!!! :)) YAYYY!!
I got a letter!!!!!!!!! OMG I cried like a baby LOL people were probably like "this chick is losing it!" It was a pretty long note. He said the foods good he just wishes portions were larger cause his appetite has doubled since he got there haha.. He also mentioned that they wouldnt get their mail until Monday and that he hopes he has a letter waiting on him (I've sent like 6!! lol). He's also MAJOR ocd lol so he said he thinks thats definitly helping him there cause a lot of the guys are having trouble with keeping things clean and hes always picking up after them haha..
Glad to hear about all the letters! We got a letter from our son today, too. Also, 2 for his girlfriend because he forgot her address. Yahoo!
Lol he sent my letter to his parents house cause he didnt know mine haha- I just drove 30mins and met them halfway to get it- I felt bad but they were so awesome about it!
Too funny! I'm taking the letters to work with me in the morning so she can come get them!
I love reading KayleeLynn32 and Clay'sGirl messages. My son doesn't have a girl, so I am hoping that through the friendships (especially those going to A school in Charleston for Nukes), will help to fill in the blanks. I never thought about him finding his other half this way, but someone in the NAVY would be fantastic, or someone related to someone also in the NAVY... maybe a sister or sister-in-law.  LOL!
Okay I'm jealous and will be stalking the postman! lolz I know it will come soon enough...nothing today the mail has already come so there is always tomorrow, Saturday...Claysgirl...no doubt your SR is probably cleaning up after mine or hopefully showing him how to do it right..
I am happy to see some of you are getting letters.  My son is in Ship 11 Div 115 and we are going crazy not hearing from him.  I hope we get something from him today.  His girlfriend really needs to hear something she is so upset.  She writes him everyday and when she gets up the post office is the first place she goes to mail it.

@reggie- 'Clay" absolutely LOVES to clean and organize. I never thought I was messy until we started dating- the first time he came over he cleaned MY ROOM!!! lol I was like Oh my.. but I've learned to find its a def positive, of course we dont live together yet so I may end up wanting to injure him when we do.

@quiltblue I hope he does find someone cause he's in the middle of an adventure of a lifetime and I think it would be really cool if he found someone to share the journey with. I know I am SO glad im getting to go through all of this with my boyfriend. It really does manke you stronger in a way that only the Navy can :)

Hey ladies- I dont know if Im friends with ALL of you or not BUT if ya want you should send me a friends request and then MESSAGE me your recruits name. I've already asked him if he knows Marmees son but I am curious if he knows any of the rest of ya'lls .. :)
hi;  still working my around th site...how do I add you as a friend?
Okie doke change in plans it looks like each division will be wearing a different color scarf. Soooo lets come up with something bright and different that people wont "accidently" wear (Like a color "normal" people would just buy in a scarf- we dont want to mistake someone who has no idea what we're talking about lol so lets stay away from black, white, brown and Navy blue.. Plus we want our recruits to see us!!) So im officially suggesting yellow! Anybody else? Suggestions please :)
