Hi all I am so glad you started this for those of us in ship 11 div 128.  Yeah 2 weeks down soon we will all be there!  :)  I am so very proud of my son, he has alway been my biggest support!  Now I can be his support system I have been writing everyday and I hope to hear from him soon, so I know he is ok.  Be strong moms and GF talk to you soon.  :)

I know! Isn't it exciting?  I mean 2 weeks today!  Won't it be wonderful to finally hear from them?.....I mean a  REAL letter! LOL  BTW, you are so very welcome!  There was already a thread started for 11/128, but it was started before we had an actual PIR date. I am so very grateful for this site and for all of you. I know I've said it before, but my fears, anguish, and sadness have diminished so much after reading posts from so many who have gone before. It's so nice to have a place where you can babble and be a mommy, with others who are in the same situations, to be with others who have the same questions.....and to actually get answers to those questions. Bless you all!
I booked my flight tonight on Frontier from Denver for $269 with insurance so I can change the dates for a lower price if need be.  Still not sure where we are staying!
Yay!!!!!!!  That is great news Denver.  Are you renting a car also,or using shuttle service?

I'm not sure yet and I haven't booked a hotel. denvermom is my boyfriend's mom so we are trying to figure out where to stay and if his parents are flying or driving. I will most likely not rent a car, but use super shuttle to get to and from the airport (seems to be the cheapest option!). If his parents fly then we will all split a rental car and if they drive then we will have their car! I cannot WAIT to go, now that I have my flight all booked and the time off from work I'm getting antsy even though its still 6 weeks away...it's a great feeling!

How have you been holding up? Any letters or anything yet???? (Not me...but soon I hope!)

Good morning DenverGF!  No, I haven't heard anything yet. Perhaps there will be a letter in the mail today. I have some grocery shopping in town to do and hope to get done and home by the time the mailman comes. I've just been trying to keep busy around here in order to make the time go a bit faster. LOL  Have a great day  all y'all....into the shower I go....to brave the rising cost of groceries and to fuel up the vehicles before the gas prices go through the roof. LOL

Good morning ladies...I hope we call get letters today or soon...

Have a great day!

Good afternoon ladies!

bcordova...I only wish! The mailman has come and gone...no letter today. I was bummed, but seeing hubbie's face when he checked the mail hurt even worse. :-(   Hope you all hear something soon. (((((((HUGS))))))

Nothing here either!!  Now we wait until Monday.  Was really hoping for one today so I didn't have wait until I got home from work, but I guess it gives me something to look forward while I'm at work :-)
Sometimes I feel like we're out on hte edge of the earth here! LOL  We have to wait the longest time for our stuff! ...sigh, well...tomorrow?
Hopefully tomorrow!!! =)
Yes Denver......hopefully today!  :-)   I would love nothing more than to call my hubby at work and say, "HON......GUESS WHAT!!!??"   Yeah, I'd be able to see the grin all the way through the phone line. LOL
