Let me know when you ladies get your first letters. I am dying to get one!
A special thank you to the Warriors who are bringing home the bodies of four Christian Americans today.  Never should we take lightly the oath that these young people take the day that they leave for bootcamp.  God bless them all and their families too.
I think I'm going to go crazy! I want a letter so bad!!!! A friend of mine whose boyfriend left the 7th still hasn't gotten a letter, but got a call from him last night. So jealous.
HAHA!!  Who else checks the mailbox numerous times throughout the day?? Yesterday I checked three times for mail!
Gina... hope you got a letter.. :) We got our first letter yesterday. It was fun hearing the boys stories. I have 2 son's in ship 04 div 808. exciting times...
I keep thinking ok tomorrow is the day I will get a letter! Then tomorrow comes and nothing. Then I just keep repeating it lol. My same friend who got a phone call got multiple letters today. My husband left three days after her boyfriend so maybe his letters are three days behind. Either way I am so ready!
I didn't see this and opened up another Ship 04, Div 807.  Sorry :}

Not yet, but my sons girlfriend got one today.

So how many letter have you ladies already sent?
My son left on 2/8 and I just finished my 5th letter.  I have so many questions but I know he wont answer all them and then I just write about all the details of whats going on with his family.

Think Im on 5 myself

Hi I think I'll be staying at the Navy Lodge-it sounds so convenient to the base and it's cheap!  Foot of snow or more expected here today-let's hope a letter arrives and by April it'll be balmy!  :-)  I think I've sent about 9 letters and asked if that was too much, but of course I don't know his response yet!  One mom said it's good to send a postage page large manila envelope so they can mail home all their letters/photos they want to keep since there isn't much room for 'stuff'.  Maybe I'll try that next week.  Although I have no idea how much postage it'll take!  I hope they are all getting lots of letters.  I asked my son to let me know if there is a SR not getting any mail.  I'd throw in an extra letter for him next time.
