Apparently there are about 3 of them that are working on the flag. He said that the three of them submitted designs and are apparently the artists. He said that they went with someone else's design, but they are all painting it together. So, I don't want to take away from someone else. My son did not design the flag.  :0)

My son was pretty proud they were the first division to receive the flag and everyone passed at higher then 85%.

Our boys might not do well on their mock inspections, but they are pretty smart guys in our division :)

***LIKE***  :0)
I got my first phone call today!  He sounded good and still up beat.  He was the "Div Comand" but he failed his PT run so he lost that "Title".  But he said its not gonna discourage him.  I was proud of him when he said that...Hes diff growing up there. :)  He called the cell phone so was able to put him on speaker and everyone got to talk to him and hear his voice.   Says hes flying out Saturday morning after graduation.  Told me that the home town news papers I have been sending him (Its a weekly one) he could not keep and had to throw away.  He was able to cut a pic out of one of them thou.  A friend of his just had a bone marrow transplant and they had a article about her and her sister (her donor) on the front page with a pic of them.  I was glade that they at least let him have the pic out of the newspaper.  I will have to get another copy of that paper for him to have.  SO looking forward to PIR!

Great Jenny! Isn't it wonderful??

My son did not pass the PT run the first go either. He said not to worry about him though, said he only missed it by 15 seconds and is getting faster and faster everyday. Also - he said that he LOVES making the bunks!! LOL I said who knew that you could make beds? For sure - NOT ME!! Haha

Oh - the other thing I thought was cool is that he said that guys are actually letting thier families know about N4M because of what they hear from the guys whose families are involved. I think it is fantastic!

McGhee and Young sit around and  discuss how our mothers are probalby planning the whole graduation  while they are playing farmville LMAOOOOOOOOO hilarious !!!! wasso good to hear him and and know they are doing good .. he said they are a push division and they are all grad and go's but doesnt neccisarily mean  the grad and go as We moms know it to be ... they could leave  early saturday morning or they could leave a week later  and they will not know  until  after BS which is on march 31 so  for sure we  get a call on April 1st.... maybe  a call in between depending  on their  behavior and status etc .....  hope every one  enjoyed their calls as well  sure made my day !!!

Bawhawhawhahahahaaaaaaaaaaaaa........ well, technically, I don't play Farmville, but there are others in my bag that YOU are aware of. I love that though. Planning while we play our FB games. April 1st can't some soon enough. My son told me that they were most definitely grad-n-go too. He said that he might be taken to wherever at 2am on that Saturday.

Oh, he also said that A school for Corpsman was a 50/50 shot if being in San Antonio and GL. Said that the word is that eevn thought he A school is not scheduled until 4/15, they are considering taking half to San Antonio to get a start up class going. He said that they are not sure if that is accurate and that they will not know until much later. So, still no answers unfortuantely.

Yep those boys are funny (oh young men I mean ) Yes Shane said the same altho he is MA either SA or who knows where and who knows when they will  know for sure maybe not  till the day b4 they graduate ... he says he  talks to a few guys that are still on "hold" meaning they have graduated BC  but havent left  yet for SA for school  kinda weitrd but I guess that is the government for us ........... Oh  Shane wears glasses so I asked him how he liked his BCG's they have to wear  ... me thinking OMG those are horrible. he said oh man  mom they are  sexy as hell ... McGhee Young and I will be shaving and I will say  I am one sexy beast in these hahahahah..... I said oh nice  you 3 hang out and now us  moms  play on FB together LMAO he just laughed
Too funny! Not what I thought the first time I saw those government glasses on SRs. It surely is all a matter of perspective!!! At least they are able to find a few things to laugh about. :0)
