Hello to all my new prayer warriers.

I have a request.  My son Matt left for bootcamp on 3/1/11.  His best friend went to Marine boot camp on 2/14/11.  "Albert is his name"

I just got a call from Alberts girlfriend asking me to pray for albert.  While doing Xrays for his teeth/wisdom evaluation, they found a growth on his jaw.  Albert is going in for surgery tomorrow 3/8/11, to see if it is a legion or a cyst.

Please pray for Gods healing hands on Albert, & nothing cancerous.  Also pray for his girlfriend, his Mom, & Dad for peace & comfort as they wait on news.  they found out via letter from Albert.  I suggested she call his recruiter to see if he can find out any status on him after surgery so they didn't have to wait for a letter or a call (since they haven't had any phone calls since he left)

Thank you so much for this group, Blessings to all.

Will be praying for Albert. If you find out anything, please keep us posted.
Will do, his girlfriend should be calling me tomorrow if/when she knows anything.  Thank you all

He as well as everyones relative is always in my prayers.

His parents might want to try the American Red Cross.

I too have a prayer request.  Our son made a dear friend while in A school.  His friend is a corpsman.  Well "Will" just found out he has bone marrow cancer.

May the Lord heal him and give his family strength.

Regards, Yolanda, California

Oh my goodness, Yes, I will be praying that the Lords healing hands be upon Will.

Thank you for your advice, & your prayer request, "Prayer works"

Hugs, Katie, California

Got an update on Albert, The marines are posponing his surgery until after phase 2 so he doesn't miss out on his scheduled graduation day.  So this means that it isn't so serious that they want to do the surgery immediately (I hope)

Thank you all, I believe by the time he does have surgery there will be no more lump to take out

Prayer works!  Thank you again
