Penny......I was ready to ask you how was Mystic Acquarium. I was behind you, my husband recognize you and we saw when you turn to Mystic. We went to Massachussett to eat in one of our favorite pizza place. Today is was a beautiful day. We hit a few malls and buy some clothes for J and of course the other two. LOL. Teenagers!!! About the Hunt of the Red October you will love it. We see so many times already!!! Also look for the Down Perescope, J always said that is the most real version of the Navy. You will love it, even better than the Red October.
Lori.....I just read what I post yesterday (very tired, not too much sleep this days) it suppose to say What a nice young men you have!!! sorry!!!
Nancy.....for my part and I know Penny and Elizabeth agree too, YOUR WELCOME!!! It was nice to be there and that's what we are here to support each other and help as much as we can. Do he tell you how crazy we was? LOL. I bet the captain said how many kids this women have? The reason, I took my son picture, then I and another friend of my son ask me to take his picture, ha, ha But is a pleasure to help, I put my self in every mom shoes. I'm enjoying my son and just thinking that tomorrow night I have to said bye...... He is here in the hotel with dad and brothers watching a movie and it look so nice. And then I don't know when can we come back, everything is in GOD hands. But if I can help I will do it.

Have a good night ladies!!!
Hi All! Nancy IB was a riot! :) Laughing and cracking jokes! :) I took a picture of him...I don't know if you want me to put it on my wall...I got thinking about that after and I wondered if you wanted me to email it to you. If send me your email, I will email it. I tried uploading my new pics but it was taking FOREVER to upload and I had to leave...will try again tomorrow!
Rose I know what you mean about that bittersweet feeling! You are trying to enjoy the time with him...yet you hate the thought of leaving!
I know you and Elizabeth are enjoying every minute! :)
Penny and Rose,
I am so glad he was polite and kept you entertained :-) Did he mention the "cult" to either of you. He said he knew that he was supposed to get a hug from Elizabeth, so he was hiding from her. LOL She finally caught up with him though.
Penny-why don't you try loading them on our Yahoogroups site? That way we can all share them, and I think I can print from there. It is faster than this site too as they don't have to be approved and they are private to our group only. Yeah, IB said he spent quite a while talking to you and had a great time.
Rose-I know our group is so tight, we take care of each other!! Hopefully the captain is used to it. I DO really appreciate it!! I know it is late there, so you won't get this till tomorrow. But it sounds like you are having such a nice evening with your family. :-)
Awww...thanks Lori! I was explaining to my friend today...I said, when our kids are in school, we get to know their friends and the friends' families...I never dreamed that I would have that opportunity to get to know his Navy "family" but after going to MEPs for the swearing in and sitting with the boys in the airport USO room, and then meeting people in Chicago and now in Groton...I am actually getting to know some of these boys and their families! I feel really blessed to have this unique opportunity! I know that they will probably be all over the place when they get their orders, but I loved it anyway. In addition, with technology today, these guys manage to stay in contact no matter where they are!
Yes, Rose and her family sat behind Ashley during the service. I sent D's mom the pictures and she said she was really sad that she didn't go...she wanted to, but D made it seem like no big deal! Oh these boys!!!!!!!
I will try to get on the Yahoo site, but I need to get caught up on school work tonight. I did get some on my N4Ms homepage. But I will get to the others when I can. I don't know how much I will be on here in the next week...besides teaching 6th grade, I am the High School Junior Class Advisor and in 2 weeks we have our big fund raiser for the year...our Talent Show. I am going to be out of my mind pulling all of these 16 year olds together to put on this show!!!!! So I promise to try to get them on when I can!
