Hi Cynseel,

My boyfriend is in that division. There's a few other mothers on here whose sons are in that division. I was amazed how quickly they are graduating!
Hi Jen. Thanks for your prompt reply :-) Is their PIR date 4/29?
Yup! :) I can't wait! He's going to A-School in Great Lakes so I'm assuming we'll get to spend most of the weekend with him. :)
My husband is also in this group! I have read from RDC that anyone graduating after the 17th will be going to San Antonio A school, wonder how much truth there is to that, last we heard it was also great lakes, for HM. Can' wait to get a letter? Have either of you ladies received a real letter yet?
LOL Jess I think I just reached out to you on Facebook. :P
Yep lol, it feels SO good to meet someone who's loved one is with mine, now atleast I feel "slightly" connected since I haven't heard a word besides the form letter.
I got the box and the form letter the week that he left and it's been quiet ever since. I'm hoping to hear from him soon. I've been writing him almost daily so I hope he's getting them by now. Maybe they'll be able to start writing today. Hopefully the division is excelling! :)

I know me too! They even get phone calls later on! What a joy to hear his voice! I hope they do well so they may have more liberties, what rate is your boyfriend?

He's IC. He's supposed to stay at GL for school but I'm hearing that his school might be on hold. I hope not though. His schooling is supposed to be 19 weeks but if his school is on hold then he'll be up there even longer. I have a feeling he's going to want to get married a lot sooner than he originally anticipated.

What's your husband's rating?

HM, and the RDC page says any grads after APR 17 will be going to San Antonio TX in lieu of GL, and only our boys can tell us if he is a "grad and go" which means LESS time with them after PIR. Man I need a letter! That effects the length on the stay too for me and I just like to have somewhat of an idea of the schedule. He's graduating basic sooner than I thought too.

I think the San Antonio transfer is only for Hospital Corpsman. Then again, the Navy is full of surprises so we never know. :P I just wish I could hear from him so I have an idea of what's going on.

At least it's nice that our guys are graduating early. :)

No letter yet...my son will be  going to school in Goose Creek, SC
