Hi I am new here and was hoping to interact with others. My son left 2/7/11. I still have not spoke to him. I am praying he is ok and adjusting to bootcamp.

Glad you got your phone call Otty.  I think the whole division received calls for a reward.  My son also said the Chief gave a candy bar and soda for a reward and I think he was eating it on the phone.  I hope he doesn't get sick!  No sugar for 6 weeks and then...sugar rush!  My SR said the same thing, that the division is coming together and doing well.   Thanks for the info. on Battlestations.  Hope we get the "I'm a Sailor" call by Wednesday.  We will be on the road going to the airport.

Did your SR perform at PIR on Friday?  Mine did, but no pic. of him.  I think he was in the back.  So glad all the SRs are doing well.  I am indeed proud of all of them.  Take care everyone!  Cheryl

Hi, otty.  My daughter told your son that we were N4M's buddies LOL!  She is the MA of the division, so I told her to tell her RCPO that we talked!!  I"m so glad you got to talk to him.  I felt soooo much better after I actually got to talk to my daughter!!

I'm not sure if you are supposed to put first names on here, but my daughter's bunkmate starts with an "L" and they call her "Georgia."  She told my daughter that her dad is on N4M's and he will be at the meet and greet on Thursday.  I would really like to meet you.  My daughter and your daughter have become really close and I appreciate her having someone there!!!  So, if you're on here, would love to chat!!!!

whats the meet and greet? And where is it at? I dont arrive in chicago until 5:15pm, but my fiances mom will be there earlier I would love to let her know about the meet and greet.
Did he mention his bunkmate by name?
Hi ladies, tomorrow recruit training command fb page will be posting a training photo off a division doing confidence chamber training (gas chamber) does anyone know if our recruits are doing that this week?
Well that will be interesting, I'm gonna be glued to the computer, lol.. Wish our recruits alot of luck!!!!

Yes, wishing all of the SRs luck as well.  They have accomplished so much.  Can't wait to see the pictures.

Thanks for sharing soccermom about tomorrow on the fb page.  I also will be glued.  Yuk!
