Nice to heard that Nancy!  He is happy, just said is time consuming, classes are in computer.  The instructor is there but....computer.

Rose,

Tell me about your next trip. When are you planning on going? Are you already planning for the next graduation?? Do you know when it is, as I do not. I want to go see IB, but right now am settling for sending goodies.

I want to send some extra Easter stuff so that he can share with all the guys. I KNOW he is not good about sharing his cakes. Thought I would try some apple pies too, they are not his favorite, but from what I have read, pumpkin doesn't ship well because of the eggs and milk!! So…since apple is not his favorite, he might share. LOL

Have a great Monday!!

A has heard rumor that they will class up tomorrow - we will see.

NDG.....God first I made already reservations (car and hotel..Navy Lodge) for July.  We want to spend the fourth of July weekend with Jo (3 day weekend). Now just praying and saving!!!!  About the next graduation.... God first yes we will be present for that one too.

I don't send nothing, Jo told me to stop, he ask me for soap, gum...he always said if I can because is cheaper from SAM's than from the NEX.   When I went for BESS I took all this stuff and he said "Mom I'm set until summer, ha, ha"

Now to bed to get ready to start another week.  Down here we have 9 more weeks of school, Yay!!!

Rose,
Are you a teacher too?
I am a year-round teacher and am now off for the next three weeks. I am teaching intersession, which is like a two week summer school. Yeah!

I am sending birthday cakes and some Easter goodies. The other stuff IB says not to send also.
Nancy
Nancy.....oh no! My respect to you and the majority of teachers.  I'm the Attendance Clerk Secretary.  Years ago down here they offer to pay my all teaching school and I said NO.  Knowing my self I will be fire in 2 or 3 weeks because this kids are not the same as our times and the disrespect is a big concern this days.  When you see some parents you understand why the student is like that.  Is a few that they grow.... and the parents don't know what to do with them but the majority are what they see at home.  Really, I like to deal with big people, I love my job and have nice co-workers.

Hello everyone, just stopping by...needed my N4Ms fix tonight! :) I haven't had a chance to get info from N. He has been busy, as have I. Thanks to Lori for passing info to me from A! :)  I am beside myself with school stuff and getting ready to chaperone  our school trip to Europe over April break! Then I have to get my class ready for Prom!!!

Sounds like our boys are doing well! Glad to hear that you are heading back to Groton Rose!

Well gotta go grade those papers! Hugs to you all!

Penny

Penny...happy to hear from you!  Can I go with you to Europe?  I'm tiny, I bet I can go inside a luggage and still have space for something else. LOL  Have fun, take pictures and share them.  Well almost done down here, 45 more days of school!!! Yay!!!  Who is counting?  Have fun with those teenagers!  Uff!!!!!

Talk to Jo and he is having a great time.  Doing great in ATT!!!  Praying for him that when they change him (room) roommates are good kids.  I wish that they leave him there, his roommates are so good.

Ladies have a good night!

haha Rose you are too funny! I would love to squeeze you into my luggage...

It seems that this time I am the one getting info from everyone else...N and I just haven't been able to connect in a while...I am going to send him an email tonight and hopefully he will respond in the morning. I'm off to hockey awards tonight...I'm really ready to just stay home one night...I'm running around like crazy these days.

Well ladies take care and as always I feel so much better reading everyone's posts! :)

Nancy.....Nice picture! Who was the amazing photographer?  LOL

Lori....how many more days!

Jo is graduating from ATT this Friday, don't know how exactly that work.  He told me he is 4 days ahead but he don't want to rush, he like to read everything.  I agree, I like to read to know what is going on, not just scan and miss a lot of details.  Let's see now how long for TCNO.  He is doing great.

Hope everybody else is having a great time.

Have a nice weekend!

Yes, Rose, I thought you would like that!! I have you moms to thank for this!! Wow, I wonder if IB is going to graduate then too. I know he was ahead, last time I talked to him about it (a week ago) he was "three and one-quarter" days ahead… I'll have to call him and find out. WOW…moving right through these schools huh??

Enjoy the rest of your weekend!!

Good Morning Ladies,

I have a question. How many of you have had difficulty sending packages to Groton? We sent IB's first box by Fed Ex and that worked, but they really were convinced at the Fed Ex store that it would not work. THEN we sent this most recent box USPS and it has been returned!! :-( For a multitude of reasons checked off on the little check off sheet. Mostly that it was the wrong address…hmmmm Fed Ex found it!!!!

IB is going to talk to them today, we are going to have a chat on this end trying to find a better way. But then I thought I would find out what you are doing and what is working for you all. IB has the private boxes that he has rented, just so you know what we are dealing with. Supposed to be easier!! LOL

Thanks, and have a great day!! We are going to try to get to Yosemite to see the waterfalls tomorrow…they are supposed to be awesome this year because of all of the rain. I will post some pictures if you are interested…let me know.

Bye,

Nancy
