Susan, you think if I start filling in our Customs forms early it would help out next week? Thinking filling in everything but the contents lines. I am trying to keep busy and make things a little easier for us. Dee dropped some goodies and magazines off for us as well. I will be picking up some decorated pillowcases from the school beginning of the week. Awaiting our Kcups as well as that phone call from the Mariners. Might need to give a gentle reminder call on that one. Happy day all around.

My box(es) of MLB and the things I picked up will be shipped as soon as one of us goes home to MA!!  It may be my hubby, but could be me.  I hope it doesn't mess things up with the overall mailing.  Little Samantha Jo is just taking over everything ... and I LOVE it!!!  But not to worry, I brought writing materials to get some notes and letters written.  Haven't made all the progress I thought I would, but I'm trying.

Glad to hear things are coming in from the remaining teams!

Susan, my other son said nothing has arrived since the last packet I sent you.  How is the scrapbooking coming along?  Do you think you will have enough?  I don't know what to do about teams who just aren't following through.  Do you have any thoughts?  I can try to search some sites for logos or stadium pics.  Having a little trouble getting used to my son's computer but will see what I can find.

This has been such a fun adoption.  Can't wait to see what will come up next!!!

Susan--did I miss a message about scrapbooking?  Should I be sending you something from the St. Louis Cardinals?

Hey there!

Vickie and I are working on putting together a scrapbook of pictures of our kids when they played little league to stickers and postcards of the big league teams...  we are hoping to have every big league team represented!!  Send them along... we will mail the scrapbook with the WA packing party items...

rdcryer ---- Im not sure what ship you are speaking of BUT I have 758 on the George Washington right now looking for love. Also I think we have another ship in the website that is Japan   (( my son is also stationed in Japan with his ship))
Mail when you can Krista. Washington's packing party is on the 2nd so we are the last of the bunch too.

I am here all humble {:oD

I was planning on mailing out my boxes today, but, I was rear ended last Thursday night, and been dealing with that, and the girls insurance people. I just got the visit from the insurance adjuster today, and my car is totalled. He is meeting me tomorrow with a check for another car grrrrrrrrrrrr.

Anyway, I got waylayed with all of this going on, is it still okay for me to mail my boxes tomorrow or Wednesday????

I am getting wonderful response to my listings for the troops on etsy, so can't wait to hear where our next group is.

When do we find out where our next group is, and how many???

Thank you

san

Oh, ouch in the pocketbook and life.  Hope you are ok.

I'm not mailing my one box until Tuesday, either, as I got busy putting together a box for one of my adopted sons who is on a ship in Japan.  He asked for tuna or other proteins, so I put together a fast box for him and sent it parcel post just today.

I am doing just fine thanks, and the girl that crashed into me had good insurance company. Things are moving along nicely, but she did slam into me hard and busted up the back end of my car.

In the grand scheme of things, it could have been much worse {:oD

san

Sanmor, I am so glad that you are alright.  My goodness, you could have been seriously hurt!  Getting rear-ended is tough on the back and neck so I'm thankful you are doing well.
Absolutely Sanmor!  So sorry about your car.

Thank you Vickie, it is sad, but oh well.

I am okay, and I will just have to go car shopping.

Thank you so much

san
