Hi all. :)
I know I saw a few moms out there today who mentioned their sons were in class 1101 starting in November. It'll be here before we know it!
For those of you who don't know, I'm Aaron's girlfriend. He's an EM who graduated A school in September. :)
I can't wait to get to know all of you, and hopefully meet you all in April! :)

My son is on "hold".  Does anyone out there know when he will find out where he goes.  It sounds like it is anyone's guess.
I've heard rumors of 2 months? Anyone else hear this?
Has anyone gotten their invitation yet?  Keep thinking we will be seeing it soon.

Not yet. I tend to forget about it until someone mentions it. Then I get really excited about it. :) I'd definitely say anyday now..

I saw one guy from Aaron's class post a status on Facebook that really caught my attention. They only truly have two academic weeks left.. Then basically a week of study halls topped off by "a Tuesday" Holy cow. We're really at the end!

Wow, that's right! woohoo!!! i'm so ready for power school to be over! I think Jacob will like prototype much better. He's more of a hands on learning guy.

I hope prototype goes easier than power school too! He'd rather be hands on too!!! Its just makes things easier for everyone!

I won't be going to Power School Graduation, which sucks but can't afford to go down for 1 day (18hr. drive) then come right back home!! Besides Ben will be here on Sat. Would love to, but the price of Diesel is just out of this world right now!!! It would cost aroun $500. to go down & back!!

I'll just have to settle for pictures from you girls!! Take some good ones!! Please!!

JLD- I would love to take some pictures for you! If you private message me the section number and last name of your son, I can try to capture that shot when he walks across the stage for you. :)
could you take pictures of Jacob too!? I'm a bit nervous that i'd never see the ones from my MIL or if she'll even take any.

haha. Yup, I sure can. :) I'm getting one for Haley, too. She wasn't too sure about the pics his mom would get either!

Let's see... Do they do alphabetical? By section? I'll have to go in with a plan :)

haha i feel Haley's pain.

And you would have a plan :P we're too much alike.

Emily at A school they sat alphabetical.  I found Aaron by counting names in the program then counting sailors.  Hopefully they will sit in the same order as the program for Power School Graduation.

Ya know, you would think they would do it alphabetical. That would only make sense, right?? Nope. The Navy has to do things differently...

I asked Aaron if he knew and he said he thought it was by height (or they made that elaborate list for the fun of it was his reply) but I thought that sounded ridiculous. I laughed... Then I asked Nicole who's fiance graduated in February. Whatta know, its by height within the section. Crazy navy!!
