Hang in there!! it is sure frustrating.. I can only say that our kid's divisions are super super busy!! I have totally been watiting for my Ashley to call..nothing yet!! Rosemary n

I Anthony's mom..I think our kids our super super busy! Pretty soon! Rosemary

FWIW, if we get no phone calls it hopefully means our recruits' training is on track! From what I've read, if we get extra phone calls it means they've failed or have been injured.
yup...no news is good news =)

Good Morning Ladies.....I know its frustrating hearing other praents, wives,gf get calls and letters...we will hear from them soon enough... this week we should get letters again.....hopefully we will get a date confirmation when they will be doing BS21... This Friday should be their first performance....hang in there.....i know its hard ....Im missing my Dau so bad.....

I just keep thinking about PIR when we see them again........*****sigh****      common 4/15 hurry up already.......

Jaime

Thanks Jaime for your words of encouragement.  These next 16 days can't get over soon enough.  I'm sure our SR's feel the same way!

The entrance to RTC is shown as Illinois St. on Google, off of Buckley Rd (137). If you are looking at the aerial map you'll see the large parking lot on Illinois. The building at the north end of the lot is the visitor center. The PIR hall is the block bordered by 8th, 9th, Indiana and Ohio streets. .....soooooo Excited ...hope to meet you all there....I wish there was a way we can all recognize each other Div 922 ladies

A must read...great news at the end =)

Received 5 letters today from my Dau: I will hit the highlights of her letter.

Last week was stressful..."Our RDC's said they were gonna set us back 2weeks and we cant tell how serious they are.

did simulation shooting today learned how to shoot a 9mm,  tomorrow is live fire..3 days left of hell week." they still dont know about BS21 and when they leave for A School.  "Our RDC's say we need to focus on the present tasks. we get in trouble if we ask." @ Anthony's Mom my Dau of course knows your son lol (SWSL & PWSL) she stated they both get in trouble alot lol...They are both happy that they are keeping those jobs. lol......Tonight (meaning Tuesday last week) Im scared our Chief is going to ASMO the entire Div. I think they are trying to scare us .....It is working!!!

(weds morning letter) "Our Chief said we have until Sat to come together as a division or he is gonna ASMO all of us.

(Thurs letter) Today was good they rec. a 4.9/5.0 on a drill inspection (marching) They all did good. they are going to bed early tonight cause of a test in the morning.

(Friday wk 4/day 5) We receive letters twice a week. they will be working on the Div 920/921 PIR...she will be at the door greeting people.lol.....

Guess What !!! Our Div has gotten 10x better as a team so we are good!! (lol RDC the scare tactic)

We have won all the flags possible!!! the Academic flag, PT flag, Drill flag, weapons flag etc....we are at the top pf our training group as of now we are #1 so we are doing good so far.

Im on LLD i was SIQ im ok though Im not missing anything just taking care of myself...keep praying.

I am so proud of all our SR's !!!!!!!!!!!!!   I cant wait to see them march in as a DIV... of course cant wait to see my dau also!!!     so so proud....words cant express when I read the letters how wonderfully their Div is coming together as a team!!!!     I cannot wait to go....!!!!!!

OMG Jaime.  Your post makes me feel so much better.  I also got a letter today, my daughter called me at work and read it to me over the phone.  I felt absolutely horrible after she read it!  He stated he was so excited last week to do the livefire but then didn't end up getting to do it because his RDC accused him of falling asleep.  He had to name three SR's sitting around him and if those three could attest that he was not asleep then he would get to do the livefire.  But apparently his RDC didn't believe any of them so he didn't get to do it.  I could tell he was really down about it.  OK, what does ASMO mean?   He also said that they got a "department hit" because of improper entries into the log.  When I hear things like this it just makes me so anxious and upset.  But your letters from your daughter have made me feel better.  I'm glad to hear they are working finally as a team.

I forgot to tell you,  thank you so much for sharing! :)

ASMO: Assignment Memorandum. Recruits who are ASMO‟d are sent back in training, typically for failing a training requirement (academic, swimming or PFA), medical or disciplinary reasons.

I know I get anxious and upset too!  hang in there they will all get through this...My Dau mention "Mom its crazy we are always so tired I feel asleep standing and marching the other day...she said I wasnt the only 1....awe bless their hearts...my Dau say _ _ _ _ _ (last name) is cool!  HA HA your son

Jaime
