Hello my son is part of this division.   I received my first phone call today - can't wait for April 29,
Welcome Sherre!
I was so happy to hear his voice today! He is still battling a cold but is in high spirits. Evidently a lot of the division is sick right now. He said he got a 97 on a test he took. He also said he has the whole liberty weekend to hang with us. Yayyy!!!
It was good to hear his voice but just made me miss him more. My guy said he's Grad and Go, so he's leaving Saturday for A-school. Bummer that he doesn't get the whole weekend for liberty :/ 31 days!

Hello!

I am definitely new here. My husband is in that division and he called me yesterday (: I'm not sure how things go but I was wondering when they find out where their A-School is? I forgot to ask him yesterday. His job is PS.

Welcome Victoria! Here is the information you are looking for:

It looks like his A-School is in Meridian, MS.

That's what i thought..Thank you so much Jen (:

My husband was actually the one that told me about this site, he said he had gotten close to a few other men there and that they told him about the site and how their wives were on it and it helped them, so here I am. It's been so useful!

I've been too busy to talk, but wanted to let you know our son called Tuesday afternoon.  Yea!!!!  He sounded good, but tired and mouth swollen from wisdom teeth being taken out.  So we have 30 days til the BIG DAY!!!  I know we all can't wait.  Thanks Notsousual for that website about the jobs.  I looked my son's up.  I can't believe how much information the military puts on the web.  I would have thought it would be way more "secretive" than that, but what do I know?  Well, go to go.
Got two more letters yesterday afternoon! My guy had his wisdom teeth pulled :/ apparently a lot of the guys in his division did. He said that the hardest part about basic is not being able to talk to me! So sweet(: 28 days and counting ladies! (Tomorrow is the halfway point -- half way done and all that much closer to graduation!)
I got letters yesterday as well (: Thursdays are definitely my favorite week days now! mrprov12 my husband got his wisdom teeth pulled as well =/ He says that the ones that got their teeth pulled all have fevers and a cold now =/ But he says that he's gotten closer to a few guys there and that they all share their stories about their significant others and keep an eye on eachother (: So that's good!
Oh no! Is your husband sick as well? My boyfriend said that they only gave him 6 vicodin for two days and that the pain in his mouth was some of the worst pain he's ever felt :/ He said he was bed ridden for two days. I'm glad that everybody is making connections, I'm sure it helps getting through the day!
Yes he's sick also =/ well was anyway i'm not sure now since his letters are about a week old.But when he did call me a couple of days ago he sounded better with the cold. My husband said the same thing about his mouth and that swollen and bruised up! It helps a lot hearing from them (: Makes the weekend a tad better too !
