Thank you, makes me nervous knowing now. Lol, lets hope they do very well. My son is going in for hm, I'm not sure if he is flying to texas or starting at the great lakes. I can't plan my weekend until he calls me tomorrow. What are your guys plans?
My daughter leaves for San Antonio on Saturday morning. :0(  I am so bummed, but at least we'll have Friday.  I am coming in on Thursday morning, will go to the meet and greet Thursday night, grad on Friday, and then flying out sometime Saturday.  What's hm?
Hospital corpsman, what rate is your daughter?
She is an E3 Master at Arms.
Finally see my son in the pics from last weekends PIR.  He is in the drill team :-)  Thanks everyone for letting me know about the facebook pics.
Drill team? Does he play an instrument? My son plays the drums, I got a good side view photo of him. It was such a thrill to see. I cant imagine what they are going through right now.

I know been thinking of them all day.  Hope they stick together as a team tonight.   No instrument, they carry the rifles and march

How exciting, I was watching a youtube video on what past ceremonies were like and the guys with the guns are pretty cool.
I got a letter from my son today and in his letter he sounded upbeat, he even told me he loves me (first time) and that he its looking forward to making me proud! :)

Your letter sounds awesome!!!  How exciting for you!  I got to see a picture of my daughter front and center in the choir!!!  She looks so little compared to everyone else LOL!

Lee Ann, my son also is on the drill team.  Got a letter from my son as well. This week it was really late in coming.  Snail mail I guess. Soccermom, how wonderful that you received such a letter.  I really think they appreciate family more, don't you?  Good luck to all our SRs.  Will be praying for them.  Anyone going to the meet and greet?
I'm going to the meet and greet.  I can't wait until Friday to see our kids!!!
