For those of you who don't know ... The new CS "A-School" is located at Fort Lee (Army base) in Virginia. The Navy and Air Force share a brand new building for thier barracks. The school itself is also brand new and state of the art.

navywife21,

I don't know if the group of sailors with this rating is large enough for families to form a group - but if you think so, feel free to start a group, we can add the group to either of these lists. CS (Culinary Specialist).

GROUPS: GEOGRAPHICAL BY STATE

OR

GROUPS: LISTED BY RATING (JOB)

If you could add it to CS (Culinary Specialist) and to Virginia I would appreacite that. I don't know how to do it.
There is a group for the CS already (the members are from everywhere). There are groups connected (the compilation for Ratings) A schools all over.  Maybe we really don't need a group for those who are CS and going to A school at Fort Lee in Virginia. You can join either of those groups and start a discussion for families with someone doing CS - A school at Fort Lee.  Just open up both the files under the above links. Then open up the right groups and join.

????

The A school for CS is not in great lakes,IL anymore? or this is just another location for CS?

I was wondering the same thing. My son is going to CS in great lakes after boot camp in July. I really wish he could do his A school at fort Lee, since he is from Virginia.

Cs A school is in Fort Lee Va.

Check the date on the reply you replied to. It is over 4 years old.

I am so confused, one site that we look at tells us Fort Lee, Virginia and another one that we look at tells that it has relocated from San Antonio to Great Lakes.  Help!!!!!!
The most recent information that I have indcates that CS A-School is in Fort Lee, VA.  YOu may wish to join the group, CS (Culinary Specialist) Moms.
