Hi! I didn't see a discussion for this division. My boyfriend is in this divison and I was curious to see if anyone else's relative was in this one as well. I just recieved 2 letters from him yesterday! I'm super happy because I was so anxious as to when I would hear from him.

Glad you started this thread, glancing through other threads I had a hard time finding anyone else with an SR on SHIP 03 DIV 141. I received a letter today they have Battlestations this Friday. So  maybe a phone call on Friday or Saturday, I hope!

You are very welcome! I am hoping they have battlestations early early morning since it is 12 hours. Because I work on Saturday in a call center and it makes me so nervous that he may call when I am on a call with a customer. But if he calls on Friday I can leave my desk and talk to him. Its just the weekend days I am confined to my phone & desk. :(
Hello!!  My son is in this division.  I can't wait to hear from him.  I have only received one phone call but received many letters.  Can't wait to see him next week.
Hi everyone...has anyone recieved a call from their SR this week. My daughter is in this Div. Excited about PIR. A little nervous about not hearing anything but its good to hear that NO NEWS IS GOOD NEWS....

I haven't talked to my bf since 2/22 when he left. He said the day the division did get a phone call he was at swim class and he missed it. He does write regularly though which helps me alot. I'm just going with the NO NEW IS GOOD NEWS!

Got a 5 min call tonight from my daughter. She had to pass the running part and SHE DID IT!!! It was great to hear from her even if it was short. She told us she will be calling Friday around 1300 or 1400 hour with the "I'M A SAILOR" call. We dont have long now. Praying for all recruits!!!  :)))
Congrats to you. Glad to hear she passed. Praying for all of the divisions.
Blessbeyondmeasure: Congrats on your daughter passing her running test!  I'm praying too for all SR's; that they all keep a presence of mind, stay healthy, and strong for Battlestations.
I got a letter today!!! He passed his final PT test!! But he still needs to pass swimming. I THINK his letter says he has until Tuesday to pass it or he won't be able to graduate on time or do battlestations...well today is Wednesday and I talked to his mom today and neither one of us have gotten a call from him. SO I am going to assume he passed. :) He is sick again :( He said they did the gas chamber...he said he was fine..but he laughed at everyone else who was screaming and crying that they couldn't breathe...lol. He said I don't have to worry about getting him a bookbag because they get one after they graduate...TOO LATE NOW, I just picked it up from Fedex lol. He says battlestations is Wednesday....but I've seen some say its Thursday/Friday. I guess we will just have to wait and see.

He just called...he didn't pass. :(

I'm so sorry hon. Hang in there and don't give up on him! He needs your encouragement!  I hope you hear from him soon that he did indeed pass! I am sure they are doing everything possible to get him to pass the swimming test!

<praying for you and your SR>

Thank you so much Dawn. I'm feeling better about it now. Now I'm just anxious waiting on him to call and say "I passed my swim test." Whatever plan God has for him is what will happen and will ultimately be best. :)
