Thought we could share where we are planning on staying. I've seen people talking about the meet up and stuff so I figured we could see who is at the same hotel.

I made reservations at the SpringHill Suites in Waukegan. Got $10 off for PIR discount....

How about everyone else?

We're staying at the Quality Inn as well. :)

I just now saw this. We are staying there also!  I made the reservations weeks ago. Hope to see you and say hi.

We are at the Ramada.  We made reservations at The Navy Lodge early on and after reading about the Meet and Greet at the Ramada and the shuttle that they provide, we canceled the Navy Lodge ones.  The Ramada guy said that driving to PIR got you closer to the building but the shuttle took you past all the traffic and dropped you off at the gate.  Of course  you will have to walk a bit and hopefully the weather will be nice.  We will have our parking passes either way.
I made reservations at the Marriott Residence in Waukegan.

We're staying at the Ramamda as well. Woohoo Shuttle Service!  I heard you get dropped off at the gate.. hopefully that means the wait time is less. 21 days!

Just to let people know that the  Residence Inn by Marriott in Waukegan has a free shuttle too- It has roomier rooms with sofa, desk and a kitchen and perfect to sit with your sailor- right across the street is Super Walmart to buy food and stock up your fridge. I was able to get a better deal with a Triple AAA membership than the grad package they offer. It is 4 miles from the Navy Base and they shuttle right to the gates.

We're staying at the Quality Inn in Waukegan also.  The map in the brochure that came with our recruits first letter shows that the Ramada and Quality Inn are only one mile apart both on Green Bay Road.  So, we could meet at either place Thursday night - what do you think?
We are flying into Milwaukee and renting a car.
I made Reservations at Navy Gateway Inn today. i had never hear of it before but say someone mention it on a discussion on RTC facebook page. You have to have a military id or dependent id to book but its only $32 a night, 37 if u want a suite with full kitchen.
its the ramada for me also

I am staying at the Homewood Suites in Libertyville.
