Hey everyone!
I just got the letter from RTC with Ashley's address and grad date (May 06,2011) Does anyone else have a future sailor on the same ship and division?

I got a letter from my SR today! :) She sounded good. I also got a letter from a SR that I wrote to in her div. that doesn't get much mail. In that letter, from the other SR, she said she feels like BC is more like summer camp.. she thought it would be more intense, demanding, challenging.. I thought that was interesting. I get the sense, from both my SR and her, that the girls don't really get along. My SR has a core 3 that she hangs with, but says the other girls don't take it seriously.
She did say they got 0 safety violations on the Marlinspike.. She said.. "Marlinspike went ok, we came out w/ 0 safety violations and our teamwork is getting better." LOL Here Knight's letter was soooooo stoked on the 0 violations and my Sr is like.. "it went ok"! LOL
Drill practice for grad. went ok, tho some can't "get it together", so they had to do push-ups. Another girl got ASMO'd and my SR had to switch bunks, which she was REALLY not happy about, b/c now she isn't with her "corner friends". This weeks schedule went like this...
Monday (11th) PFA, PI, Weapons inspection
Tues. CMT and zone inspection
Wed. live fire (they can try and get a ribbon for that)
Thur. pictures and drill inspection
Fri. Test 2
Sat. bases and drill w/ their jr. div.. which is 928, they teach them how to do performance for PIR
So, at least we know what they are doing today, tomorrow and Sat.! :) They had their 2nd PFA on monday, I hope she passed. It is so hard to figure out what she's doing and when it happened b/c the letters are like a week behind.! :)
Well, that's it from here! Nice day in NY today!
Ithink they had a good week, I mean other then getting into trouble. He didn't even mention marlinespike though! VERY strange....what a weird guy my husband is.
He did talk a lot about teasing me to his friends. He told his friends how I couldn't be in the navy b/c I don't follow orders. I got our son a blue navy outfit (even though he had told me to get him a white one). But I didn't want our son to be cold in the white.. However, I found a warm white outfit off of amazon, so I told my husband that he will in fact be in white, I returned the blue, and I DO follow orders. He also outlined specifics about opening a savings account and I told him I had already done that like 2 weeks ago. I said, "See, I'm SO good at following orders, that I do what you want before you even ask!!" hahahaha!!!!!
He told me he was worried about me having control of the money. PFFFT, the man who told me in his last letters to go buy all his family presents is worried about ME having the money!! Anyway, from the letters, it seems my husband is still my husband. Personality in tact! LOL
I love him to death and I miss him SO much! He said I should write him a novel next time, he LOVES getting my letters. He told me he looks forward to it every day at tattoo.
