Hello ladies and gents, I thought I would set up a link just for our division. I know that our color scarf is to be yellow at PIR. I also have found out that our recruits will be getting 2 division t-shirts that they can give to whom they want. I have no clue who is setting up this division meet and great yet. so if anyone wants to take care of that please do. I dont know where I will be staying at yet. Ill post any more news as I get it. have a great day.

Resa,

Is J Mitchell?  Nathan wrote about Mitchell, just curious if J is who Nathan was talking about?  Small world.  If it is J, I will have to go back and read what it was and tell you what he said. : )  Hopefully we will get letters today, I usually get mine on Thursdays.

Welcome Amanda to the group

Good Evening!

I had done a questionnaire for Shaun because I know he has little time to write.  Thought I would share some of the info with you.  There are 73 in their division.  Of course this was done before they lost at least one last week.  He said they have 12 minutes to make the top and bottom bunk and 10 minutes to eat.  Everything is done by height.  There is one SR taller than Shaun (6'4") and they call him Hightower.  I also thought Shaun was the oldest, but there is a 33 year old.  The day he filled out my questionnaire, he also wrote that they got fitted for all their uniforms, got their 8 point hats, white sailor hat and peacoat.  He was real excited about that.  He is anxious to see everyone.

hello all!!!

havent been on here for a bit but my girlfriend is worried that shes not a fast enough runner to pass hell week :(!! the girl use to run 3 miles a day i wouldnt think it would be that hard lol!!! when can we expect the battlestations for our div? has anyone else heard anything on how our div is doing as far as getting in sync?

Derek

I am thinking that we should be getting I am a sailor calls on Tuesday, May 3rd if the date was correct that someone posted on 159 doing BS on 4/29.  That would mean our SRs would be doing it on Monday night 5/2.  My son was also nervous about the run and he all ready had his time down before he left, but he said he would make it.  Last week, they still had a couple that were making life hard for all of them.  Sure hope they have got it together.
i sure hope they do too, and i think amber will be just fine!!! i cant wait to see her, i missed her last call home :( it made me cry a little/ alot so i havent spoke to her since i left!!! i need to hear that little ladies voice!!!
When will our SR be able to write more? I thought my girlfriend said this week, I know she might be right and I know its a busy week for them but I was just curious.
They are able to write more now, but it was a busy week for them; in fact the next 2 weeks have a lot going on.
Who is the meet and greet for at the Ramada?
Anyone that has PIR on 5/6.
i think we all do at least that is my daughters as of right now
No phone calls this week so I'm guessing my girlfriend passed her test. Wonder when the next phone call is expected?
