Hi everyone...I did not see a discussion started yet for our ship and division so I thought I would create one while I am feeling full of positive energy.  If one has been started I apologize for overlooking it.

My name is Pearl and I am engaged to an amazing future sailor who I will get to see again on 4/29.  I had been having a hard time, but as of today things are starting to look up.  I finally have made contact with Bryan.  He has been writing me every night.  My envelope contained letters from 2/27 through 3/7 and 3/4 there were 2.  I feel so lucky to have someone so devoted to me and my four kids.  And I now know to expect at some point in time another envelope filled with a bunch of letters.

I am from Pennsylvania.  Where is everyone else from? Will you be going to the graduation?  I am going and will be staying at the Homewood Suites, which is approximately 11 miles from the training center.  Has anyone planned out an itinerary?  I have been so busy thinking about seeing him that so far I haven't even thought of what we may do while we are there.

My fiance mentioned that he had watch one night with a Single A / Minor league baseball pitcher from Detroit.  I know the way he loves baseball that had to be up his alley.

I hope everyone else within our division starts to finally receive mail.  It is such a good feeling to see that envelope.  Thought for sure I was going to cry like I did when I received that graduation information, but instead I am so happy.

Please feel free to ask questions.  My letters are personal, but there are sections of each letter where he is telling me about his day.  I would be more than happy to share.

I am not sure if he is a body snatcher or not.  He said he would be marching and carrying one of the guns (unloaded) :)

I see my Son in 2 of the PIR photo's of graduation today posted on the Navy Recruit Command facebook page!!!!  One is really close up and in the other he is in the back, but they are both good.  Made me cry, in a good way :) He is carrying the riffle, honor guard is what I have been told that position is called.  So Ship 2/div924 is well represented in these pics.  Take a look! Hope you all see your SR's.
My fiance is in Div 924 and we are soooo ready to come see him.. Our three babies are Crazy about daddy, and with him not here its so hard, but just hearing his voice the other day helped a lot! Its nice to know there are other women out there just like me!! Thanks!!
Has anyone heard when our boys are going to have Battle Stations yet? I'm guess that it should be some time this week...right? I just want to make sure I don't miss his call!
My understanding for battlestations is they will put the 924 into one of the brother divisions on either Thur 21/22, Mon 25/26 or Tues 27/28. I found these dates on the Battlestations discussion. I'm thinking they won't do the Thur 21/22 because of their helping in the PIR. So, maybe the Mon or Tues dates.
I just got a letter from my husband! He said that division 924 will be dropped off for Battlestations on Monday night (25th) at 8pm and won't be picked up until Tuesday morning (26th) at 7 am. He said we should get our call on Tuesday!!
I am so glad to hear all of your all news it's so terrific I haven't been on in a while ty all for the updates on all of them ...okay I got an email saying about scarves is that still on or? My son says he hopes he passes one of his test this week he says he can't run...he has to run a few miles and do so many setups hes afraid he's not going to pass I wanna so go give him encouragement and cheer him on but I guess this is part of the process of letting them grow up ;( lol...oh he won't be in the ceremony either he be holding the freakin door for the big wigs uggg what's that not real happy....anyway you all have an awesome day check back in with you all tomorrow...

Good evening all

Division 924 has Captains Cup today, Sat 4/23. My son, Big E, said he thinks they'll do well, as there are many athletes in the 924!!! HOOYAH!!! GO 924!!!

Pretty sure 924 is shown marching in the blue camo's on the RTC facebook page in the random photo's from April 21.  Check it out!  I think I see my D front and center carrying a flag and it looks like one of the flags has a # on it and it ends in 4.  I also saw one pic of him this week in the graduation photo's serving as honor guard again.  Hope some of you see your SR's too.
I think you are right! I swear I can see my son! 3 more days and no more guessing! Can't wait :) And thank you everyone for your posts....I've really enjoyed reading all of them :)
