I have no clue who is setting up this division meet and great yet. so if anyone wants to take care of that please do. I dont know where I will be staying at yet. Ill post any more news as I get it. have a great day.

I think when they make a sailor, they get to call home then
No phone calls here either!  Probably no more until after battle stations.

Me either, only 18 more days!

Has anyone received letters today?
Daughter in law did.
I heard they earned 2 flags this week..... What's the significants of that?
They earn flags for different things.  Could be academic.  My son had mentioned in my last letter that they had stated earning some flags.

I did get a leter today and J said that they now have the "Athletic" flag. The other day he said something about other flags but did not say what they were for.

I think the reason he said what this one was for was because he also said...."My div. got the Athletic flag & our brother div did not, ha ha." So that is why he stated which one they won. (I know that was not nice of him, but I know that it put a smile on his face.)

I guess the more flags you get the better you are? Or nanny nanny boo boo we are better than you are, brother div.....?

Not sure but if it makes them smile and happy I hope they get as many as they can.

Sorry about the girls that had to go home, my heart goes out to them and their families.

My SR really liked the weapons training!
That's pretty nifty, my girlfriend said two girls got sent home do to asthma and it broke her heart because they were her friends and she said she always got to talk to them in there..... She said it made her jealous too that they got to go home to their families...

do you know the last names of the girls that got sent home for asthma?
