Had to move our discussion up the board!!
No news is good news!!!!
Has anyone heard anything lately?
No - but we didn't get any mail today - it rained real hard last night and this am - our county road was flooded in a lot of places! some of the culverts were washed out - thank goodness for 4 wheel drive!! LOL I just hope they deliver tomorrow!!
I started to get real concerned but keep thinking - no news is good news!! (Yeah - that's it!! LOL)
I did however have a message on my home phone from a "special agent" wanting to meet with me about my SR
for his security clearance. I called him back and left him a message - so I guess I am playing phone tag with him!!
Only 9 more days folks.........please update if any of you hears anything. I have backed off writing every day to every other day. I was worried he may get overwhelmed by needing to answer if he is busy studying. I am pretty sure we will get the "I am a sailor" call on Friday the 22nd. That should be the end of Battlestations. That is the original date we were told on week 3 the next phone call would be. We were lucky to get 2 other calls in between. In case any of our guys are on duty please update whoever hears.
Thanks..
HELP! I need some clarification. Just got a letter. Ok so according to my son now he goes from A school straight to Whidby Island he is not coming home for his 15 days?
Can anyone else confirm this is what they understand please............

Does anyone else have this schedule?
Almost there ladies, can't wait to see my son next friday. Wish them all good luck on thursdays BS. @ ronniesmom hope my son gets stationed at Whidby Island as we live in Washington.
ronniesmom;
I think it depends on his A school and what job he signed up for!
I have heard some of the schools have been shortened and some were getting their orders for sooner than they thought - I haven't heard that from my SR yet but....
Who knows!! LOL
