Hello all!

Please post your Ship/Division number in this discussion that way we know what all divisions and ships are included in this PIR group. It is very helpful for later groups to be formed as well as knowing who is in our group!!

thanks

My husband is Ship 09 Div 189.
Brettany...my son is Ship 09 Div 189!  Have you received any letters or phone calls from you hubby yet?  I still have received NOTHING but the "formal" letter but am sure hoping to receive a letter...or phone call SOON!  Have you seen anything posted, from other wives or moms, whether they have received any letters yet?
I received my first letter yesterday. I haven't seen anything about any one else getting a letter or call though. He wrote me his letter last Friday and said he would write again on Sunday... That they have about 6 hours to themselves on Sundays. He said that since he is in a mixed division, his RDCs are with the females, and the guys go with division 190 because their RDCs are in charge of the males. Its rough, but hopefully things get better soon. He said he's ready to start having fun!
I also have only gotten the formal letter so far. I read on another discussion (PIR 6/3) from many moms and wives who have been getting letters in the past few days. So hopefully ours are on the way!!! I can't wait to hear from my son how things are going!!! These few weeks have been so difficult!!
I just received another letter today, but this one was written before the first one I got.  It was from day 3.  But I still have not received the letter with all of his information.  I got his grad date and address from his recruiter.

Sounds like the mail is working per normal....................

craziness!!!!!   Hope you get a call soon

wow we are really growing!!!
I guess we we're all hoping for a call huh. But at least we know they are safe and sound and will have a good meal.
Anyone else with someone in Ship 7 Div 188?
Hi Tricia77 -- Have you heard anything from your daughter.? I guess they are in an integrated division but have separate male and female sleeping and hygenie quarters.  I've gotten one letter so far but no phone call.

Hi,

I just joined and was trying to find others in my fiances division. He is also in ship 7 div 188. He will be stationed in San Antonio after BT for Aschool.

My son is on Ship 04 Division 812
