HI!
We were still at my son's PIR when you had your get together @ New Orleans Steakhouse. I live in Sussex County, so that would have been very convenient. The N4M website was very helpful while me son was to Boot camp. Now he is in San Diego, but we have no idea where he will end up.

I Judy, this is Judy.. Chris' Mom! Sorry you missed the Get Together, but what better reason then to be at your son's PIR!!
Congrats to the new Sailor! Hopefully we will have another Get Together in the near future and you will be able to attend. What is your sons rate? My son is a MA and has been in a little over two years now. he is a Reservist. He came back from deployment to Kuwait/Iraq in September and is now stationed in the Bronx. Glad to have you in our group!
Hi Judy, My son is also out in San Diego. He will be there till early June as it stands now, then back to the east coast. He is out there in C-school so when he comes back this way he gets his ship. I just got off the phone with him and what we thought was set in stone for his transfer leave has all been changed so much for plaining anything around Navy orders LOL. But I keep my chine up for soon he will be back on the same coast as us.
Hi everyone, I'm Nita. I live in upstate NY I joined NJ moms because I have some friends who live in New Jersey, and because my seabee will be back from deployment in a few months, and thinks he will be coming to New Jersey. So I wanted to meet some of you now. Also because I am wondering if any of you live near any fabric stores that sell I love Lucy fabric. My DIL loves I love lucy, and I can't get any of that fabric in NYS.. I like to join groups to meet moms from all over so If I should ever come to that area, I have someone to hang out with.
