My daughter is in this division -- anyone else have a son/daughter/husband/wife/sister/brother/friend in the same group?

MDF:  Would you be interested in starting up the PIR 7/8/11 group as a separate group?  It is time to do that.  I don't believe one has been started outside of BootCamp Moms and it needs to be.  Let me know if there is already a separate group started for this date...I haven't found it yet!  I'm a veteran mom and would be happy to help you!

Yes, I would be interested in starting a new group -- how do I do that?

I am interested.

MDFJD2000, My son is ship 2 div 930 PIR 6/10 .

I don't know if your daughter has told you but the 900 divisions are the performing divisions. This can be anything from holding doors for officers to singing to playing music ect. It adds more work for them because it is one more thing they have to do, however it is good for you since she will probably be performing in the 2 graduations before hers and hers. What this  means if you join the face boot page for the recruitment training they post pictures randomly and of the graduations and their Divisions get photographed. I believe that they will be wearrig their yellow cord on their uniforms during all of the graduation ones will will make it easier to see if it is them. Good Luck

My daughter is also assigned to Ship 02 Div 934.  She wrote on her form letter that they would be performing with the flags.

That's very cool!  My daughter didn't mention a thing on her form letter.  I'm hoping to get a "real" letter today or tomorrow.
I have already made reservations at the Navy Lodge.  Cost is 65.00 a night and they do have rooms with full kitchens.  I was told to reserve rooms early.
My son is also ship 02/ Div 934, PIR date July 8. We have received the box , but no call or letter as of yet. I am so excited to have learned about the 900 groups.

Hi, My daughter is Hillary from the same ship, I believe we will be getting a call today!! I think they are done with battle stations today.

Hi there...I am soo sorry to tell you this group is from last 2011.
