wow, so is mine! i got his things yesterday, no letter though. oh this is great! our kids are in the same place!
That is great!  Now, I can't wait for the PIR date.  I wish them the best...

do you know how to find out the date? i am not too good on this site, i tried to find it, but no luck.

oh, my son's name is Chris, he is about 6 feet tall, and we are from connecticut. he is 22, and is supposed to go to SC after bootcamp.

we called the recruiter and he printed it out for us...we had to go pick it up though...good luck to you and your daughter
My son left out of Grand Junction, Co on Monday, May 23rd and was in Great Lakes Tuesday, May 24th. I missed his phone call but did receice his box of stuff today via Fed Ex. I was SO happy. Now I' just need an address!
My son started with your son, do you know what division he is in.  My son is Ship 11 Div 234.  I called his recruiter and got his address, call your sons recruiter!!  It's comforting to write to them!
To: Anjelina68,   My son is in the same ship/div as yours!!     the box came but no PIR /form letter yet did you get that yet if not let me know when you do please ..I will do the same, did you get a letter from your son yet? or any grad info?  thanks,  carol
Carol, I didnt get a letter yet nor a phone call, hoping something a phone call tomorrow.  Im staying ay the Quality Inn.  Where are you staying
I got the PR form which you probably did as well.  His graduation is July 22nd.  The recruiter had said there was a parents night the night before, do you know anything about that? What is your sons first name?
My sons name is Andrew, he is in Div 234.

My son is also in Ship 11 Div 234.  I found this out from the recruiter's office yesterday, but then received the form letter with his short personal note at the bottom, and his letter told me the same info.  He tells me they will be able to write *real* letters tomorrow (Sunday afternoon), so I'm looking forward to receiving more news some time next week.  He also says PIR is July 22, which is what I expected.  It was such a relief just to see his handwriting!

so  our sons are in the same ship/div  I did not get a form letter yet....maybe Monday...I just have to pray that he's still inviting us  instead of the controlling GF and her mother, but it will be his choice,  his dad and I will have a broken heart, but since he met her (just 6 months ago) it won't be the first time.   Good luck to you and your son.
