Choose your Username.  For the privacy and safety of you and/or your sailor, NO LAST NAMES ARE ALLOWED, even if your last name differs from that of your sailor (please make sure your URL address does not include your last name either).  Also, please do not include your email address in your user name. Go to "Settings" above to set your Username.  While there, complete your Profile so you can post and share photos and videos of your Sailor and share stories with other moms!

Join groups!  Browse for groups for your PIR date, your sailor's occupational specialty, "A" school, assigned ship, homeport city, your own city or state, and a myriad of other interests. Jump in and introduce yourself!  Start making friends that can last a lifetime.

OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility. 

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.  

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

I saw somewhere under the PIR group that she thought 218 had battlestations the 27th, i dont know if this was confirmed, but more ???'s.

Ok...so I just read Dianne's description...so I guess that is the correct date!

Dianne, spoke with my SR and the correct date for 213 is on the 27th.

TL3MOM:  I went on and put both 900 groups going on Sun/Mon.  Thinking they are training as brother divisions.  Have you heard that?

Connie:  Ok, problem now.  Only 4 divisions can go a night.  If 217/218 are on the 27th, then 213/214 can't go then.  Because 215/216 have to come before or with 217/218 and after 213/214.  UGH!  UNLESS, 213/214/215/216 all go on the 27th and 217/218 go on Tues/Wed.  That would work. 

So, I'm going to go out on a limb here...and put some groups up there like they may go, with 213/214 going on the 27th.  Hoping that people will confirm or correct me if I'm wrong!  :-)

The word from my SR is that 216 is on 6/28.

diannep...I did not hear anything other than 932 is on 6/26. My SR may be getting a call on Sat or Sun...if that happens, I will confirm with her.
