Does anyone have a loved one in this division?

I'm not sure, Haven't gotten a letter back. So I'm not sure what anyone's doing.. lol. :-)
Well it has been funny because my son said before he went in he was not going to tell them he knew how to play since it has been awhile. When I found out he was in the performing division I said so what are you doing? Carrying a rifle? A flag? Nope playing the trombone! Guess he was afraid not to tell the truth! :.)  It is really an honor to be chosen for this division so we should be proud.  Also, they will be performing in 2 graduations right before theirs and then there own so you may see a picture of them.  If you haven't already seen in Recruit Training Command has a Facebook page where they randomly post pictures of boot camp. My future daughter in law, amberrose, talked me into getting on FaceBook anonimously just for the site.  It has been hilarious! I didn't know what I was doing for days and before I could make myself private I got all these friends request that I really don't want to get started with!  I think I have the hang of it now. ;.)
Lol, can u send me a link to the facebook page? Thx for the info. :-)

Is 938 the performing div?
Sorry I have been eating and exercising BG89 but yes you are correct.  We all have to stick together on Tuesday's at 11:00am eastern time they have a trivia question and the first one to answer correctly gets their division's picture posted!  My husband tried this past Tuesday while I was at work and he is no better than me with Facebook! He said that he couldn't see it and kept asking me and then I was trying to look it up and by the time I got on, they had already answered the question! ;.)
How did you find out  div 938 was performing,  my daughters letter was the first I heard?
Well my future daughter in law, had already read that the 800 were operations and the 900's were performing. I had called the recruiter that previous Monday and gotten his ship and division so by the time he called I already knew he was in it so I asked him what he would be doing.
me, my daughter is in this ship& div
Did anyone receive a call from their loved one Friday or Tuesday?  I've seen several posts that SRs in our division have been making calls both days and was wondering if anyone has heard from their SR.
Hi There...My daughter is in 02/938. Just found this group! Yipee!
Hello San Diego Mom! Welcome! My son (which is Amberrose fiance') is in the 02/938 group too. Count down is on for 8/4 meet and greet. Does you daughter play an instrument? Sing? My son is playing the trombone. Hadn't played in 10 years but he says it is all coming back. I'm excited as they will be in the 22nd graduation as well as the next. Look for them on Facebook RTC page. :.)
My daughter plays flute and is a flag carrier, not sure how she can do both, but I am very proud of her! I was so excited to hear that they will be performing for the upcoming graduations! I have made our hotel reservations and plan on going to the meet and greet at the Ramada Inn.  We will be leaving here on the 27th for a road trip to Wisconsin to see family first then down to Chicago, then on ward with out road trip! Thanks for the information! Take care
