My son is on there too. I have gotten 1 small letter andno phone call. I keep seeing all these others getting calls and I'm getting really anxious. We usually go out with friends on Friday night but I'm afraid if I go tonight I might miss a phone call. That wouldbe devastating.

Have u recieved a call
No I have not got one yet. I did recieve some letters but alas no phone call!! I'm trying to hang in there, but the waiting is so tough!!! mom4life
No phone calls from my SR either. It is rough to say no news is good news, especially when others get the phone call. BUT we are over halfway there!
amberrose, you are right I try to keep thinking like you that no news is good news and that is true.  I know it would be wonderfull to just hear there voices and get the anxiety out of my system!!!!!!!
Still no phone call, but i did get a letter yesterday.
Just a word of caution...last names are strictly forbidden on N4M (OPSEC) and while first names ARE allowed we advise that it is better not too. The RDC's read these pages and it is better for your SR to "fly under the radar". I understand you wanting to help each other, especially as you are anxiously waiting for calls...so my suggestion is that you friend each other and send the names in a private message. These ARE private.
Thanks for a bit of uplifting news!! Anthing while we are waiting is very helpfull, my son's name is Andrew. I also read that they, ship 3, div 249 just recieved there 1st flag!!! That means I believe that they were able to complete a course!!!!!
I know I did see that!!!

Where did you get your info? I have been searching for any little tidbit of info

I knew what ship and div from my letters home from my son, however you can get on facebook. Don't ask me exactly how I am not that super with all this electronic stuff, but I went to navy divisions or something like that and you can hook up with some parents once you know the ship and div #.
ok, now, it's 4 weeks and 4 days. Has anyone gotten a phone call?
