That would be nice... I have'nt gotten any more letters yet. Two so far... I,m not sure how many people are writing to him and he writes them back. I know of me and four other people for sure. So I have to be patient.  Any new news on anything?

I guess they had a PFA, the 8th. My bf didn't pass that. He said they're becoming more of a division and working better together. The head Crew didn't clean the head well so the whole DIV got in some trouble. That's about it. I sent a questionaire saying WHEN IS BATTLESTATIONS! send this back pronto! so we'll see if that works, since every other attempt has failed!
I haven't received any updates from my son. Does anyone have any updated news about our division 7*241??? I'm praying they will all pass their tests.
Hi!  I'm new to the group but my boyfriend is in Division 241 :)  I can't believe graduation is in just 2 weeks, I can't wait.  I got a letter today that said bootcamp is getting easier for everyone and they're working more on teamwork and they're not getting yelled at as much.  I'm definitely happy to hear that.  I'm just so excited to get there already!
Thanks for the update. A Haven. It's good to hear positive news about our guys in Div. 241.

What is a PFA test please:)? I wonder how my son is doing along with everyone else. I hope they are working better together. It's critical they remember they are only as strong as their weakest link. So to help their fellow brothers and sisters in their division the best they can to get everyone onboard with the program...:) Battlestations will be coming soon enough and I read on another site that only 7 out of 10 pass the first time through. Thats a serious motivator. I'm sure they are all ready to get through this and on to their real positions and their classes.  I know I'm ready for that. I would definitely like more contact right about now.  I went and purchased an Incubus CD yeaterday with a song called Wish You Were Here...It's actually my sons girlfriends favorite band.  One time when he stayed with us for about four months he was listening to that probably missing her.... I still remember that  just like it was yesterday.  Now I totally get it...even though Josh hasn't lived with me for years he has always been a phone call or visit away. That never really bothered me... because we called the shots.  This is defintitely weighing heavily on me more lately.  I know its all for the greater good for all the right reasons....Just gotta get that into my head.  Hope all of you are doing well in your lives with your SR away right now...and will continue to get better and better at it as time goes by...Time for bed Goodnight all...

PFA is Physical Fitness Assessment

there are 3 PFAS and they measure the growth

Ok thank-you for the information... I guess I should start learning the lingo right? Sorry about that.  Do the PFA's get harder as they go along? I would imagine so, I guess. Sorry to sound down in my last reply everyone. I also am getting the unique pleasure of going through menopause right now and definitely can tell it makes my moods swing to and fro.  Checked the mail today, have'nt gotten another letter again yet.  It seems kind of odd, however he may only get a certain amount of time and I have no idea how many he has to return a letter to weekly of if their time has been cut short to write?  I feel better today. Always make sure I'm upbeat with him in my letters and cards.  Even if there is family drama I don't bring that up. One less thing for him to think about.  Hopefully Nicole they help your SR boyfriend/fiance get where he needs to be. I'm sure they will.  This is a machine thats been running along time and they probably know all the ins and out of getting everyone up to speed. Please keep us posted on his progress.  Have a nice night all....

Oh no, you seemed upbeat, or i thought anyways!

They don't get harder i don't think, they have the baseline PFA, at the beginning to measure them, and there are 3 of them total. They're just to measure them to getting better and the way i understand it they HAVE to pass the 3rd one to pass bootcamp. So i sure hope his buds get him going so he can pass. One of his friends keeps telling him were gonna get married someday, so im sure i'll be factored into it. "pass it for her!" etc.

Heres a few terms to get you started, you can pretty much ask me anything on terms, i know a great majority of them.

Oh good... I thought I somehow offended you in some way by my post before the last one.  I'm noticing that I take my frustration of this not being exactly what I would like it to be communication wise.  I know  the reasons behind it, however I know that some of my soapboxing is directly related to I need my Josh fix... then I'll be soooohappy.  Its crazy I know... we used to go for a week or two at a time in the past.  I guess its the control freak in me... so I'm just trying to chill about it, stay busy with other areas and things  that need attending and keep moving forward. At the end  of the day if I feel like I've accomplished a  couple things or more on my to do list I feel good about it.  I'm becoming more motivated just knowing he's expected to do more. lol....Let me know if anyone hears anything from their SR's about how things are going overall and details.  I know I like the info as much as they like their letters... I'm sure everyone does. :)  By the way thank-you for the lingo terms, in the future I will look them up. I need to learn them to  so I can understand ya'll and him in letters and things. However if i can't find it I won't hesitate to ask you ok?  Thanks again Nicole hope you have an awesome day!!!!! Let me know if yiour hear anything ok...?

Will do(: I'm about to go check the mail now!
