DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

My SR (3/236) told me he thought battlestations was the 21st.
Thanks!  I'll remove the questionmarks then.

Thanks for the BS dates!

MY SR just called me!!! He says that he has BS on his calendar for the 26/27.....He's 9/239
Thanks, Mcknightswife:  It's on the schedule now!
241 my boyfriend said is 27/28th
You have 240 on there twice. I thought 241&242 would go together but haven't heard from the guys in 242 yet. HELP!
OOOPS!  Thanks!  Typing too fast!  I will change it....should be 241-242, brother divisions.
Might be calling tomorrow WI! Looks like 240 and 241 got calls today(:
Thanks, does that mean we won't get the "I'm a sailor call" till Thursday the 28? Nothing like waiting till the last minute. Many of us will be on our ways by then.. Oh well, welcome to the NAVY I guess!!!!
That would be correct. Have your phone on you!! & write them telling to leave a LOOONG voicemail if they dont reach you! Honestly, you might cherish that more than speaking to them, because that you can save forever, and always here those words "im a sailor now".
That's a good idea. I had a voice mail from another call that I listened to just to hear his voice until one day I accidentally erased it and was mad at myself the rest of the day!!
