Theraysmom, what great news! I am on standby waiting to read or hear anything! Right now I am glad I have a desk job.

Ok it is almost that time BS tomorrow. Can you believe it I remember looking at the Video and thinking it was so far away and now her it is make sure to keep us all updated My SR says phone calls should come 2 or 3 Chicago time. So make sure to ask him if the whole division has passed and be sure to post on the BS Discussion and here so we all can be updated and praise at the same time. Time to pray for the whole Div to pass and Healthly.  GO Ship 11 Div 244
My son is also in ship11 Div 244. I only came accross this site a few days ago. Really wish I would have known about it sooner. I want to thank everyone for sharing their thoughts, feelings, and information from their letters. Because of this I know I am not alone in my worry, excitement, anxiety..... I missed his 3 week phone call and was devastated. Cell phone didn't ring in the grocery store. I can't wait for the phone call tomorrow! They have all made it this far and I believe that nothing will stop them from achieving their goals! I will say a prayer tonight for all of the SR's and their families. Hope to see all of you at PIR.
Hi jmbmom! I missed my call too.  He left a message, "Please pick up!" My cell phone did not ring in my office!  I read on another PIR site that the next day calls took more than a day because everyone was so tired and went to sleep.  So, I hope the call comes tomorrow, but if it does not, I will consider no news is good news.  Some people said they were already traveling for the PIR and still had not received the call.  Are you coming to the Meet and Greet 8/4?  Info is on Events Calendar.  Hope to meet you at Meet and Greet or PIR!
Hello everyone! Does anyone have an SR going to Groton, CT to A school after PIR? Actually they will be US Navy Sailors. Hooyah! Cant wait to see everyone at the Meet and Greet.

In just 12 hours we should start receiving calls from our SAILORS!

Our son earned an extra call last night. It was such a great surprise to hear his voice.

In his letters & in  his voice I can tell he has matured a lot. He's always been a great kid, but now he's a great man.

He did tell us that he';; be doing A school in Great Lakes, then he'll come home for 2 weeks & after that he'll ship off to Japan. He'll be on the USS Germantown. I l researched it & they do some really neat things. But that's such a far away place. It will be such an adventure though. I'm so proud of all our Sailors-to-be-soon! They're all in my prayers.

I am a caseworker and reworked my whole schedule so I will be at my desk and inside all day. On pins and needles!

Mostele- I am on those same pins and needles cant wait to hear from my SR

Please remember wen you get the call to ask your SR if the whole Div passed and to post it. Just in case we all don't get a call :( Don't even like to say that but I have seen it in other Div.

Waiting is crazy should be cleaning my house, but I can't seen to move. It is hard as a Mom, when there is nothing you can do to help only wait. This is one new role I will have a hard time getting use to.

Has anyone had any calls yet???
not me I am getting really anxious !!!!!!!!!!!!
Not yet.  I read some of the last grad class messages and many of them did not get a call and were actually already on their way to attend the PIR.  So I am just going to relax.  I am glad that I am not the only one who has not reccieved the call. I will post immediately after I hear from him! No news is always good news too!
NO call yet thank GOD Im off on Fridays. No news is good news
