Choose your Username.  For the privacy and safety of you and/or your sailor, NO LAST NAMES ARE ALLOWED, even if your last name differs from that of your sailor (please make sure your URL address does not include your last name either).  Also, please do not include your email address in your user name. Go to "Settings" above to set your Username.  While there, complete your Profile so you can post and share photos and videos of your Sailor and share stories with other moms!

Make sure to read our Community Guidelines and this Navy Operations Security (OPSEC) checklist - loose lips sink ships!

Join groups!  Browse for groups for your PIR date, your sailor's occupational specialty, "A" school, assigned ship, homeport city, your own city or state, and a myriad of other interests. Jump in and introduce yourself!  Start making friends that can last a lifetime.

OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility. 

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.  

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

Good to hear this. Good nite all hope you rest well and I prayn we hear from our SR's really soon!
This is going to be a day of rejoicing for all of us if we get these phone calls. You all will probably hear me scream loud for all of us! Can't wait. They need encouragement going into this 4th week. Let's tell them they will and can makeit happen. Us moms out here said they are going to kick butt on all assignments and tasks this week. They did not come this far and take pressure just to fail. We will tell them to keep going and push through it and we will SEE them soon!!

Sitting by my phone now. Got a letter today. He needs lots of encouraging. Told me to please, keep praying, there is no encouragement there. Says their div gets in trouble and lots of IT's. Waiting by the phone.. please ring. I would love to talk to him right now.
I just got my call!!!!! God is so Good. I was about to cry. He sounds so good. Much better than the letter h wrote last week. What a difference a week makes!1

Ladies I got my phone call! My son sounds so good. God is good.! Not like the letter he wrote last week. He sounds so much better. I am one happy woman.
