I would love to set up a Get Together for the area. I am thinking about the Cranberry Twp area because it is where the major highways cross. I-79 and the turnpike both have exits here.

I would like to hear from anyone interested in meeting up sometime in August. Any and all ideas are welcome.

The Get Together is now planned for August 27th at Monte Cello's on Rt 19 in Cranberry Twp. I'll post directions from north and south, this weekend.

Directions. From the north. Take I-79 south to the Cranberry (RT 228) exit. Take west exit to RT 19. Rt 19 is the first right turn, so stay in the far right lane and turn right (going north). At the 3rd light, turn left onto Brandt. The shopping center is on your left. Monte Cello's

From the south on the Turnpike. Take Cranberry exit and follow signs to Rt 19 north. At the 5th light (not counting the light at the exit) , turn left at Brandt. The shopping center is on your left.

From the south on I-79. Take the 2nd Cranberry exit, the right hand exit onto RT 228. Turn left onto Rt 228 going west. At the 2nd light, turn right onto Rt 19. At the third light turn left on to Brandt. The shopping center in on your left.

If anyone has any questions about these directions please let me know.

I spoke to the manager at Monte Cello's and they are ready for us! At least I hope they are.
lol  are  they expecting a rowdy  group??

LLoves - Did you give them an approximate head count? Or just a heads up that we are coming? Looking forward to it!

Jeano - Were you able to order the shirts? Did you get a final cost? Oh, I'm not concerned it you don't sent mine to the house...I'll be fine with getting it at the meetings (unless something weird happens and I can't come). But at this point, I'm planning on going!

Laura

NO worries - It's SO SO easy to overlook or miss a post on NavyforMoms...like I mentioned, it was a rather 'short' post to just express I was coming and needed a med. size tshirt! Sorry once again for any inconvience...I know everyones time is precious and every minute counts in a day...let alone having to do something again (calling in an ordered)! THANKS and looking forward to meeting you and the others!

I gave them a range of how many people will be there, not a specific number. They were happy with that. Didn't mention the rowdy part, but I think we can behave enough to fit in.

Here's a copy of the actual approved print for the shirts.

(In case anyone was curious)!

Great looking 'shirt'....thanks
What's the headcount for the moms get together on the 27th? I for sure am going....

I believe we have 10 coming. That includes Moms, Dads and sailors.

I'm looking forward to meeting everyone next Sat.
