Choose your Username.  For the privacy and safety of you and/or your sailor, NO LAST NAMES ARE ALLOWED, even if your last name differs from that of your sailor (please make sure your URL address does not include your last name either).  Also, please do not include your email address in your user name. Go to "Settings" above to set your Username.  While there, complete your Profile so you can post and share photos and videos of your Sailor and share stories with other moms!

Join groups!  Browse for groups for your PIR date, your sailor's occupational specialty, "A" school, assigned ship, homeport city, your own city or state, and a myriad of other interests. Jump in and introduce yourself!  Start making friends that can last a lifetime.

OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility. 

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.  

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

**UPDATE 4/26/2022** Effective with the May 6, 2022 PIR 4 guests will be allowed.  Still must be fully vaccinated to attend.

**UPDATE as of 11/10/2022 PIR vaccination is no longer required.

**UPDATE 7/29/2021** You now must be fully vaccinated in order to attend PIR:

In light of observed changes and impact of the Coronavirus Delta Variant and out of an abundance of caution for our recruits, Sailors, staff, and guests, Recruit Training Command is restricting Pass-in-Review (recruit graduation) to ONLY fully immunized guests (14-days post final COVID vaccination dose).

I received a phone from my son... It was so great hearing his voice...He asked me after PIR if we could go out to eat because he only has 12 minutes to eat and he doesn't have time to finish it.  He had his wisdom teeth out last Friday...

 

heard from my boyfriend and he said he was doing well.... he had his wisdom teeth pulled too.... hearing his voice was the best thing ever

got phone call today got to talkfor a while sounded good   starting to work as a team he hoped

 

has anyone gotten anymore letters from their SR???
well no letter today mis him a lot on wed this was our day for church and a show every wed night he led our wed night youth group and always said the closing prayer well good night and prayers for all the SR in our div and all the others tomorrow is a new day and new chances for all   God bless  I think we wil really learn what boys to men means    eyes on the prize 9/16

No letter today.  I was so happy to hear his voice yesterday.  He mentioned that he was glad that he had choosen to enlist in the Navy. He did say the cuss a lot but at the same time said they were nice. You are right Fritz4at - it definiately will be interesting to see "boys to men" actually means.  Your SR will be a good example for others at boot camp.  My son asked me if we were going out to eat after PIR.  I told him most likely....lol

i'm ok.... i am wishing to hear his voice again.... lol i was in denial when he called i just couldn't believe it was really him... that it was real life.. it took me a sec to snap into it... but we had an amazing talk....

i'm dying for my next letter when he called he asked if i had benn getting his letter apparently he's been writing alot but i have only gotten one envelope... hoping nd praying for another one tomorrow since it'll be a week since i got the first letter from him..... we all just got to stay strong and keep supporting our SR....

Got a letter today sounds really good div starting to work together was happy he got his dog tags and uniforms he has been given the call name of  Alabama    fitting for him he has a hardcore accent  Hope you got letters too but if you did not I hope this lets you know things are getting better     But as for you be strong and do not give up your work will be rewarded     2Chronicles   15:7                   Go Navy     9/16

 

Got letters today!!! he talked about new friends he's made and about how he can't wait til graduation..... 

 

who all is in this division what our there names??? i want to see who my boyfriend is friends with....

 

girl friend dont know if they know each other no way to tell we only have 1st names and they only have last names but  andy   ship 12 div311  think they know him as alabama  his just grad high school in may is 18
